Well spotted that man, move to the top of the class.

If you're going to own a bit set get a complete one like the Hitachi one above. The Dewalt one is missing bits you'll inevitably need and then you'll have to buy another set one day.
As for the drill bits, buy a separate set, them ones are crap and are sizes you'll less likley need.

I beg to differ, I've had a little set like this for years. I've never wanted for any other bits. Then again, as someone who hates DIY, I've never used the ones I have either. Theirs many different people out there, some are keen DIY's then their are sane people.
