That's a good price but my experience with regards to warranty returns at the Trade Point (Luton) has NOT been good.
They told me that trade customers are NOT entitled to a 3 year warranty under Trade Point rules. I made several visits in an attempt to get different people to address the issue but they all gave the same answer. Not voted either way.

In fact , on the website it's mentioned only one year of Guarantee. But Trade point is not the best at dealing with guarantees. Been advised a couple of times to pay for power tools at B&Q till as they deal better with Guarantees. But this being a Trade Point deal it might scan at different price.
Anyway £56+ VAT for a Cordless Combi DeWalt looks like a good deal.

is this for traders only or general public can buy it aswell

clicked on link and it won't show any prices unless u are registered with them.

You need a Trade Point account for this but if you know someone who has an account with them you can give them his postcode and name at the till

I bought the same drill from screwfix about 18 months ago when it had 2 1.3ah batteries. The drill itself hasn't let me down in that time, but the batteries don't last long at all. Whilst fitting decking I felt like I was constantly changing and charging them. For diy use they're fine, but bigger ah batteries last a lot longer.

I was thinking 1.3ah batteries are about 6 years old! These DeWalt drills are the cheaper ones, Makita did a range for BandQ that were similar. They are decent enough for normal use but the batteries are not good so expect to replace them once a year.

Family member got this, of course not for this price but for about 90- however compared to my makita this feels like a chinese pokemon toy once you take it in hand or try to do something with it.. Built as cheap as they can get away with.
Dewalt= black&decker if anyone didn't knew that...

so basically b and q are offering this at their trade counter but only allow a 1 year warranty? doesnt surprise me with b and q at all theyre usually letting you click and collect and when you arrive to collect theyve reserved the wrong item not the one youve ordered online yet their own staff practically call you a liar , all because b and q have changed the barcodes on the items that were put up in their sale , shame their own staff Dont get better customer services training , this happened to me a few weeks ago at the bidston store , I'd placed an order for the big orange car shampoo , arrived to collect it and theyd given me the wrong car shampoo I was then told to take a look in the aisles for the correct item , what's the point in ordering a click and collect item if it takes even longer to go look for it yourself ???? disgraceful service

This is the DIY grade Dewalt drill , for the poor 1.3AH batteries. It's not the professional range . This has the poor motor and plastic parts .

I've checked on the b&q website and it's showing a higher price. I'll try pop over tomorrow and see if it's the same price? If it is I'll surely be buying one.

I checked this morning and they dropped the price to £70 at B&Q and using CLUBD86S4 you can take £10 off and it will be better than Trade Point deal about 67 VAT inc

The code doesn't work for me. It say it should be entered exactly as it appears. unless you can update us please, looks like £70 is the best we're going get.

I also found that the code doesn't work. However, you do have the option of getting the drill with an extra battery for £84 using the code CLUBFQ1Q5. You have to remove the screwdriver set for the code to work though.

Register with Dewalt and if any problems take it to an authorised repair centre with your certificate of warranty and proof of purchase, you will get it repaired or replaced by Dewalt within the warranty period, you may just have to be patient while it's repaired or tested.
