For those that don't need the two batteries, this offer is a comparable price for day-to-day DIYers and comes with a nice looking case too.

I think the 4.0Ah is a bit overkill for the average DIYer if there use was 20mins or so every other week, a couple of smaller Ah batteries would be better for those only using the drill sparingly IMHO, lighter to use and gives them piece of mind should a battery fail they have a spare.

For the tradesman This is a better deal 2 x 4.0Ah batteries for £40 more.

In saying that this is a great buy, especially for those who buy cheap drills and replace them regularly, buy this and it will give you years of service.

Have some heat.

Agree with all of this and I mentioned the other deal in my OP.

This just cuts the layout down for those not needing the two batteries and the case looks cool

My local B&Q (Leyton) had the brushless 20V JCB 20 LIBL with a 3Ah battery for £93

I've got a pic of it but can't work out how to attach it to this thread.

The DeWalt T-Stak cases are quality, the side clips work remarkably well to hold 2 cases together.
