DeWalt tools are about the best money can buy. Great savings here on a very useful bit of kit!
Very useful for removal of old paints, sealing, shaping plastics, drying new coats of paint, drying your cat, or slow-roasting sausages on the job site.
This is certainly a 'hot' deal... *sigh*

Heat added as it's the cheapest I can see delivered but not by much. Don't be fooled by the RRP it was never that price.

Hmmmm tempted. Worth mentioning that it:
benefits from variable temperature control and includes a nozzle pack containing a glass, spoon reflector, cone, fishtail surface and steel paint scraper

good price need one of these

A cheapy 2KW with 2 heat settings Hot Air Gun from Argos with case and accessories here £19.99

The problem is exactly in your description on it 'a cheapy'. Chances are the DeWalt will last longer and be up to the job. I'd personally spend £7.50 more and get a name brand.

I have this, bought from screwfix for similar price about a year ago.

The gun is very good, but the nozzle pack and scraper are cheap rubbish. The head fell off the scraper after 3 hours use, the nozzle I used bent out of shape as soon as I turned the guns temperature up.

I can reccommend it at this price if you need to buy one. But I wouldn't say it was ever worth anymore than £30 or that it is any better than the black and decker I used to have.

Saying that I purchased a DeWalt Pro SDS Hammer Drill and Breaker and it had to be repaired once and then eventually replaced after a lot of hassle with DeWalt, so sometimes a brand name is not the best option.

It was that price for a couple of days when it first came out, but it's been around the current price for ages.
