It's not a computer game, it's not a TV, it's not 3p off a tin if beans... but, it's probably the cheapest decent quality (swim specific) wetsuit available!

Wiggle have the suit on special offer at £82.50 from £110. Use code DHB01.

These suits are perfect for training, or those starting out on their open water swimming adventures, triathlon or aquathons. Great reviews too.

3% Quidco also.

My wife just got one of these for open water. It's fine but the arms are very tight fitting. Not for arm wrestlers

Would this be any good for watersports in general?

Yes, it's just a more technical suit with numerous different panels with different thicknesses to ensure posture in the water is correct and to aid flexibility. They're also sealed so they glide in the water, versus trad neoprene.

You could happily use this in the sea for surfing, and it would be especially good for kayaking etc where you need shoulder flexibility.

That being said, you can get a cheapo Osprey (etc) suit for £40 if you want something generic.

This or a short sleeved version?

Where/when are you swimming?

TBH for the UK I'm always most comfortable in the lakes I swim in sleeves.
tri-sport_resort seller on eBay is a factory seconds and returns eBay shop for wiggle. I bought this wetsuit for £32 and it looks brand new.
