It'd be helpful if they stressed that type 1 and type 2 diabetes are two different diseases, and type 1 is an irreversible autoimmune disease, rather than stigmatising people by implying changing their diet might "cure" them

Exactly what I thought. Been T1 for 44 years and finally thought a book could cure what the medical teams and science hasn't been able to. Gutted
Voted hot as this could literally save peoples lives, however, I’m gonna echo the point that Type 1 is completely different to Type 2. Type 1 isn’t “reversible” or “curable”.
Thanks DealDroid🌞 I'm 'pre' pre-diabetes, according to my doctor, so this book will be of great interest.
I’ll save you the read guys

Don’t eat sugar and that includes fruit

Maybe try the paleo, keto or carnivore diets - stay clear of vegan

Basically eat meat (and/or whole food veggies)
Not free anymore
