I found these in baskets at the entrance of the store, lots of stock. I didn't notice the full price before discount and I can't find the exact ones online but might be worth a look if you're passing your local anyway. Seems a good price to me, I did search to make sure they hadn't already been posted and couldn't find them.

I'm not planning to save the environment, they're just much cheaper to run and pay for themselves hundreds of times over the years (as most people know)

You've got to factor in cost of changing fittings, LED flicker, quality of light from fluorescents etc. Pay for themselves hundreds of times? Doubtful.

Why change fittings? Usually totally unnecessary. I can't say I've ever noticed LED flicker. Colour maybe. You need to chose warm. Fluorescents, as have been used for years/are used in houses and most offices throughout the world!
If you're not using fluorescents or LEDs in your house/flat already then you must have money to burn.
I'm not going to do the maths!
