    These are usually 59p a box, so £2.95 for 5 boxes, if you have a Savers branch near you. Decent deal if not though.

    Also suffer from IBS. I used to order these by the hundreds from the US for just a few quid, 200 per bottle. They've stopped that now, though. Basically, the whole Imodium/Lopermaide prices in this country are a massive to off.
