Good price but it is Region locked

not for uk players

Won't 4 be kiddy version? Did not think uncut was on br?

Region A so not much use really.

Yes, but surely can't you have your blu-ray players adjusted through some code to make them region free like you can with region 1 DVD's?

I looked into that but it seems it's a lot harder to make a blu-ray player region-free for blu-rays than it is to unlock a dvd player. I was only able to make my blu-ray player region free for dvds It's annoying because there are actually some films I'd like to own on blu-ray which are only available on Region A, oh well

Simply put, playing American blu rays isn't as easy as playing American DVDs. I used to buy plenty of Region 1 discs from DVD Empire in the states, simply because they came out months before here and were cheaper. Times have changed and there is less demand for movies from America becasue most mainstream movies are released within a few weeks of each other in the UK / USA.

pretty much any pc based blu-ray player can made region-free with a little program called Slysoft anyDVD HD , so it's not a useless deal for everyone.
