What you talking about Willis?. Yes its true. I bought this dvd in Head, Broadmead, Bristol for £2 today.
3 discs. Was a pop culture phenomenon that broke through cultural barriers as well. The story of two African American kids from Harlem who move to Park Avenue to live with a wealthy white widower (Conrad Bain) and his precocious teenage daughter (Dana Plato) not only gave audiences lots to laugh about but gave them something to talk about. Along with their no-nonsense housekeeper (Charlotte Rae) this group was anything but average - but they reflected the changing face of the American family and brought issues of race and class into households across the nation. Actors Gary Coleman, Todd Bridges, Dana Plato and Conrad Bain. Year of release 2008. Age certificate PG. Languages English Dolby (1.0) Mono French and Italian. Subtitles Arabic, Dutch, English, French, Hindi and Italian. Region 2.

Awful show, where did they find this bunch of losers?!?!?

Added heat for the price, since it's about deals and not personal preferences I guess.

who wants to waste their time to watch 80's crap...
It is crap, that's why it is cheap.

Great price for this boxset, voted hot. I'm sure someone will have fond memories of "What you talkin bout Willis". Thanks for posting.

Good deal, loved it when I was a kid. Saw one recently though and it wasn't great. Great price for a series though.

Original Poster

INSTORE only. Not sure that they sell online. The original store was Virgin then taken over by Zavvi and then became an independent trader, HEAD.

Deeply unfunny in the first place and now desperately dated. Total waste of money so cold from me.

Well you wasted plenty of your time by clicking and commenting on a DVD of a show that you don't even like.

great price, this is one of my favorite 80's shows

Used to love this show, but yes it hasn't aged well.

doesn't change the fact that it was one of the most important shows of it's time, however. Few episodes tackled some really tough issues, such as child abuse, etc.

Heat for the price, but limited availability since Head only have 1 or 2 shops in the whole country!

Heat added. Great show at the time, though I agree that it hasn't aged well.

Still a hot deal for those that want to see it again.

Who wants to watch just like who wants to watch the A team, many do. Just like Fresh Prince, and if you consider it, today's crap Hollyoaks. We all grow up watching certain TV shows and they become part of our memories whether we liked them or not.

Heat for the find

Agreed. I don't get why these lot say 80s/90s stuff is crap when there were so many good things back then like The A-Team, Knight Rider, Cheers, The Incredible Hulk, Fresh Prince, Frasier, etc. Those were all miles better than Skins or Hollyoaks
