half price tickets £9.99 Diggerland

Found 10th OctFound 10th Oct
Was looking for things to do this half term with the kids & saw this on Twitter. The tickets are normally quite expensive so thought not had at half price

Great place to visit, for kids young and old, we often use Tesco Clubcard tickets ,as the tickets are normally expensive ,but a great day out. The only downside to this offer is predicting the weather , as tickets are not refundable or transferable to other days once bought , and Diggerland is not a place to be in the Rain , predominately outdoor activities with very little shelter.

Went last Sunday and had a great day out with the little one. Good deal.

That was probably the 11p tickets, can't see there being too much of an issue this time.

not worth it ?

its a great day out for the kids, and £9.99 is very good value.

We've done this for the last two years in Exeter as well - I know that one of the years it was absolutely freezing (and windy) though - think it was the year before last - you definitely need to dress up warm.

Car park carnage, hours to get in and more hours per queue, police closed the car park due to traffic problems. All small battery rides out of battery power. food queue even worse than the rides. They completely underestimated demand and as such ruined it for most people. we left after a couple of hours having not managed to get on any ride. (ride is a generous description too).

We went on a £5 October deal day 2 years ago and waited 5 minutes for most rides if that, hit and miss I guess. We loved it

Yeh people on facebook saying they needed 2-3 and got 6 anyway

Wish I hadn't voted this hot in advance of the day - may have alerted less people!

Castleford today was rainy to start, but still a grin a mile wide. Not too busy until after lunch, and then hardly any queues. The staff were brilliant. We stayed for 6 hours lol

At diggerland Durham at the moment. Really impressed with it. Well worth what we paid and haven't had to queue for anything. Our little boy thinks it's great!

We've been to Devon and Kent, loved them both (weren't expecting to enjoy it, it was a treat for JcB hooked son) but found Devon better at letting all people in the q have a turn driving. At Kent only 1 person per group was able to drive.

Nothing left for Yorkshire :-(

jo1818 and secsteel,
I have 4 tickets for Yorkshire for Sunday 22nd February that I bought by mistake (meant to get Kent!)
A couple of people have said they wanted to buy them off me but neither has confirmed yet.
If they don't get back to me by the end of today maybe one of you could have them if you want them.
PM me if you're interested.
Thanks!

Seems to have finished now all sold out

When I went I thought it was awful, especcially as I paid full price, for £5 its probably worth it. Its quite small, well theYorkshire one is anyway!

I really wouldn't bother going. We went on a full price day (which is WAY over priced but we had no vouchers) it wasn't busy at all but we were still queuing for half an hour at each ride. Some of the smaller diggers were closed because the 'earth wasn't favourable' , the large digger lift ride had a puncture and they didn't have all the vehicles working at the other attractions to compensate for that either. I have no idea how they cope when they do these special offer days. Plus the first things you're greeted with at the Yorkshire park are coin operated rides.

got the deal and looking forward to tje experience as are my children.

Went to the Yorkshire one yesterday. Mega queues by lunchtime but still had a great time for the money.

Well worth a fiver. No way would I pay 20 quid for each person. It's amazing. We went on 3 rides n that took 3 hours lol.
