It gets really boring seeing all of the comments from the super-mega-ultra HD bandits. What's the problem if you can't actually see every wrinkle on Arnie's face in the latest Terminator film? Or you just want this for a spare room, or caravan, or are just on a budget? What are you really going to miss? People talk as if watching a film on this would be like watching the gameplay on a Spectrum 48k. It won't. And before some smart alec says "No, it'll be worse!", it won't. Decent price for what it is and who it will probably be used by.

Oooh, HD ready, I can't wait for that to start!
It's 720p but at 32 inch hard to see the difference between 1080p and this, unless you sit about a foot from the screen. Heat added for the price as it's ideal for a kids bedroom and also has the dvd option.

I know, I'm braving myself for the comments on how it's not clear, a £1000 TV is 4K, no HDR, etc.. it's only £129!

Yep, brilliant for a second TV with the DVD player. For Smart TV capabilities, just grab a Now TV/ Roku/ Fire TV stick/box

It would. It's so clear and immersive that it will be just like looking through glass! It transports you to a different world!
Good for a bedroom, hate those feet though, prefer a centre stand.

I have a Vestel TV (Techwood brand) with similar feet, it's one of the negatives along with the Smart TV interface (though the TV above doesn't have one). My £9 IKEA stand is still going strong holding the TV though !

Cracking deal

Would make a cracking bathroom window!
Excellent cheap and cheerful for the kids room
Nice find OP
by the way i have digihome 42" and the resolution is bit blurry when connecting computer via hdmi and usually it doesnt position the screen perfectly either.
Bought a Digihome 4k the other day and it's been good so far.

32" and 720p though, probably better to go on Gumtree and get a used 1080p of a better brand?
One use for a t.v. like this is with a cheap/old gaming pc, the graphics card will perform considerably better with a native 720p.
Upscaling looks crap on 1080 screens, like really bad.

Or to fill a hole in a wall
Sorry but I can’t see if this would run off 12v for the caravan.

Possibly, but here you get a warranty and a brand new TV/remote, delivered to your door (whereas usually, it's collection on Gumtree). Gumtree is also full of people who don't bother replying to ads. I have a Techwood 4K 43" and it's been fine!

This TV also has a built in DVD player which is a nice extra!

I think you will find HD Ready is 720p actually. If you run an old graphics card on it like a 7850 it will work ~
a 270x will become quite impressive;
(should we buy new cards or old tellies? ? )

Try doing some research. The TV is not native 720p.
Please, someone vote hot! I've been so close to hitting 500° heat on this but it's been stuck at 497° for quite a while!
there you go lol

Yes, thanks! Got the heat symbol thing next to my deal now

It wasn’t funny the first, second or the rehashed third time you tried telling this joke!

Heat added as many have said, ideal for a kids bedroom, in the kitchen etc.

I've been watching it daily, hoping for a £99 or lower price.

Anyone know what the VESA mount size is or if it's even wall mountable?

Yeah, it might drop on the last day if it doesn't go OOS by then. I doubt it will though, stock would've finished by now otherwise. They must have so much excess! £116 with staff discount if you know anyone working at Tesco.

Don't know about mounting unfortunately, I use a stand.
Does it have usb record. I got a technika 720p without DVD and usb record so it's horses for courses as this is same price. I'll give it heat as it's a good deal but not a cracking deal an end of company should suggest. 99 would have given this 1000 degrees
Who goes for FVHD when you can get FVPlay?!

Don't know about USB record, but the Digihome smart TV also has a SCART socket and USB port for connecting older devices and expanding your entertainment possibilities even further.

I expect a price decrease on the last day (9th). Hopefully it hits £99 then!

Because it's cheaper. Of course if both options were available on identical TV's, Freeview Play is preferable, but for £129, it isn't a big deal. It's cheap enough to get a Now TV box/stick for similar smart TV capabilities.
