£189.99eBay Deals
Seems like a good price for a full HD LED 40" smart TV with built in Wi-Fi and Freeview from a reputable retailer. Would make a ideal second TV for the bedroom or even a main TV for those on a budget.

I don't think so. If you look at the specifications it states Integrated Freeview. If you look at more expensive sets from the same retailer it specifies Integrated Freeview HD.
Thanks op
I have not had it delivered yet so do you think they will give me a refund on the price differnce?? Or should I cancel and re-order??

If you have a phone number for the seller then why not phone them and tell them. Ask if you can be issued a partial refund. If they say no, refuse delivery and ask for a full refund.
so to watch free-view hd channels do i need hd free view box too????
regards
It most certainly would. That's not a bad little device for the price. My TV isn't Freeview HD so I bought something like this, except without the PVR functionality. So for £218 you'll have a 40" LED TV with Freeview HD. Not bad. Not bad at all
You could just add a cheap device to the mix that adds DLNA functionality, like a Raspberry Pi with XBMC installed perhaps. That's what I've done with my TV in my bedroom.
I've trawled the net looking for the answer to this but alas, no further details. Unless somebody who has bought one can answer this, perhaps drop them an email - ebaycoopelectrical@coop.co.uk
Congratulations if you can get the 48inch version for £240.
£300 for the rest of us ebay.co.uk/itm…9aa
Yeah I'm very tempted at that price, he's lucky enough to get staff discount. Currently got a 37" Samsung in the living room which will be cascaded into the bedroom to make way for a larger set like this, but how would I manage plugging three HDMI devices into only two ports?
Lots of HDMI switchers. Duronic is recommended. e.g.

How do these work? Can I turn one device off and switch to another by powering it on (without having to use the remote)? And how would I switch from one to another whilst keeping both on, would that be with the remote?
RESULT!!!! I have had a refund of £40!!!
Brilliant, so glad for you! Thanks for letting us know too!

Yeah, it means you should be able watch iPlayer and browse the Internet etc.,Yeah , I have an Android USB one which I installed XBMC on but it was painfully slow, it was OK for DLNA functionality though, the DLNA side wouldn't bother me as my PC is dual screened to the TV anyway but it may be an issue for people who think it supports it.
