oh, forgot to say, this is instore too as I saw them today

good find op, heat added

Aldi one might be 3" smaller but 3yr warranty

think there was a 49 inch for £249.99 in the Crewe store today as well.

Looks like a Vestel set.

Not sure which is best this or currys.co.uk/gbu…tml?intcmp=home~jvc-tv~product~dl-4~third~easter~pr~-~230316

How about this one...is seiki better than digi home in terms of quality...seiki has got good reviews...let me know if any problem..am planning to buy..it has 1 year warantty
can some one suggest is it better? or go for a brand one like LG or samsung

ebay.co.uk/itm…rue

nice price, but as with all tv,s in this price bracket, i would be concerned about motion rate, screen judder or stutter when watching high action scenes like F1 or footy.

Aldi one 'Baun' looks better in terms of warantty and 2 years warantt..Plus is Aldi brand good for returns. But unfortunatley its wallmount which is significantly badluck to buy.
is seiki is better..(am not looking for smart)
or if i can pay 120 more,i can get samsung from argos
Argos - Samsung UE40J5100 40 1080 Freeview HD TV- £279...
which is better?

How hard can it be to make a TV stand upright ? I'm **** off I just paid Irish price for one the same specs as the JVC 42" one, which works out 50 cheaper, enough for a good night out without too many drinks

Would love to mount it behind the toilet door.
Wonder how long it'll last in condensation?

Have to disagree with you there. Bought Samsung TV, had ghosting issue (failed outside 1 year warranty). Had LG TV. Suffered from terrible sound vibration on casing. Was within warranty, which they fixed on 2nd attempt.

Brand name does not guarantee quality.

Ive had a digihome 50 inch for some time and it's been great. Ok the sounds isnt perfect but I've had Samsungs with worse sound. Just bought two of these tellys and it is great for the size of room and it has built in wifi too which wasn't mentioned on the specs. The telly is for a spare room so it does fine. Coupled with a roku too, I think it's a great bargain. It was a good £50 cheaper than my 32 inch Samsung and the sound is fairly comparible.

Anyone know a surefire way to measure input lag for gaming? I know its a bit difficult but is refesh rate something to do with it?

help does anyone have one of these i cant get the subtitles off any advise would be much appreciated
