Need to find out id hdmi's are 2.2 for 4k.

I bought the 50 inck 4k from Hisense from Amazon @ £469 and the picture is sublime on 4k and 1080.

I bought the 50 inch HD smart Digihome tv earlier this year and had to send it back as it wouldn`t connect to my router from the bedroom to the front room (a distance of 5-6 metres, in the room directly below.

Agreed. This won't even meet UDH Phase 1 spec, let alone Phase 2. It's probably only 4K in that it has a 4K panel. Useless junk. (Hint: if you're looking to buy a 4K TV, make sure it meets the UDH Phase 2 spec.)

I don't think you are quite correct. HDMI 2.0 ports would be good as would HDCP (High-bandwith Digital Content Protection) 2.2 which would allow for hig def content playback. Anyon looking for a 4K telly should ensure it has both of these.

The HISENSE I bought has 2 x hdmi 2.0 and also 2 x hdmi 2.2 - my Nvidia Shield Android Tv only produces 4k content on the HDMI 2.2 sockets.
