Dude carm down. All people have done is pointed out that you shouldn't necessarily believe the reviews which is important information when deciding to buy a product, particularly as you specifically mention the reviews in your post. No one has attacked you or the product, so there is need to get your back up about it.

I personally will often flick through the comments before going ahead with a purchase to see if people have commented anything useful. In fact that's how I found out about ReviewMeta and I now use it regularly. It's not all about posting deals and that isn't a basis to judge people!

What is the accuracy like? I have two cheap (£5 each) digital hygrometers and when sat side by side one can read 50% and the other 80%. Useless!

There are 385 reviews on Banggood and an average score of 4.8 out of 5. i can't imagine it would be worth BG's while to post all those reviews themselves on an item that costs 6 quid

Chinese sites offer points for reviewing, posting pictures and videos which you can use for discounts and so because of this many eastern euopreans and russians will review a item as soon as it arrives, so while not fake them reviews are useless.

My new bed table accessory. I'm so used to it that the first thing I do when I open my eyes look at it. As I have baby for me the temperature part is very useful, helps me to keep correct temperature for room. I know what weather is like without stepping out of bed. The brightness of it is not too bright, doesn't disturb sleep and doesn't irritate eyes. Also I like that it's not too big so doesn't take much space. Really like it

A 2 month old review. How many reviews did you have to sift through to get to that one?

PS Well done on your 3 posted deals in (almost) 6 years (at an average of 9 degrees per deal). It's prolific deals finders like you that keep this site going.....

It was just the first of many FAKE reviews that ReviewMeta flagged up.

PS. It must have taken you much longer to review my deals. SAD.

I personally have no experience of the product so can't say whether it is good or bad but have ordered one so will find out in due course and get back with my findings. It's just that I noticed it whilst searching for something else, checked Amazon and saw it at 17 quid there so thought I'd post it here so other peoople could judge whether they thought it worthy of consideration.

Bloomin' heck - put 'em away boys ... its not a contest ...

Yes - I don't need more chinese crap, I didn't need to buy 'em either ... but I bought 2 .. £6 each and great stocking fillers for the young nephews
No better time to give flashy crap than at Christmas

OH I hate HUKD - always makes me spend money I could use for betterment of my soul on useless crap!
And - I rarely post deals cos I miss 'em all - but HUKD lets me know what I've missed and I get half a chance of getting something - so thanks to those that bother to post - even if it turns out to be utter rubbish (like my second of 2 posts to date)

All you can do is put it out there and let others make a choice ...

If you have problems living then you should see a doctor I can’t help sorry

I have one of these. Avoid.
"1 x Digoo DG-C3 Wireless Color Backlit USB Hygrometer Thermometer Weather Forecast Station Alarm Clock (1132162) US$6.99 " purchased in March from Banggood, looks like it was cheaper then.

And cheap for a reason: MY REVIEW =
Ended up in the (electrics recycling) bin. The USB connector port (in the device, it's a round connector) snapped the first time I tried to plug it in so had used batteries instead.
Very cheap plastics, doesn't look stylish at all in real life. The buttons feel like they wouldn't have lasted long but the reason why I didn't use it was because the thermometer is 0.6 C off compared with my 2 other thermometers in the house.

Hopefully you're lucky but I received cheap disappointing tat.

How does this thing get it's weather information? It's not connected to the internet as far as I can work out.
Edited by: "popoyaya" 13th Nov

As far as I can tell from the description the 'usb port' is actually just for powering the unit, there is no data link....

It's not so much defending my deal (I've already said i have no personal experience of the product and this not exactly my most popular deal, is it?) as not taking cr8p from posters who contribute nowt to the site. Hypocrites are a definite bugbear of mine. Moaning minnies and leechers are up there as well. Pushing 'my' Yeelight stuff? Not sure if you have noticed but this is a bargain-hunting site so if I can give people a cheaper OPTION/ALTERNATIVE then I will happily take the flak from posters like you. What did Dennis Healey describe debating with Geoffrey Howe as? Like being savaged by a dead sheep. That rings true.

Thanks. Ordered. Came out as £6.01 but I'm not complaining.

You clearly have an agenda or an interest, I’ve seen some of the posts you make gushing about lights that haven’t even been released yet and it’s incessant. You mention it at every given opportunity! Yours posts are about as genuine as the fake reviews on this deal - the fact you like your own comments reinforces that notion pretty strongly. In a way it’s quite ironic! Oh and by your criteria I’m entitled to criticise you because I’m not a “leecher” as you put it

Instead of hinting I'm being paid to in some way promote certain products, why not be brave and actually unequivocally accuse me of such actions. On here. In writing. Then I'll take it from there.

For someone who isn't financially rewarded, you seem to jump on literally every Banggood post to extol the virtues of buying from them - and that's not including the 100's of BG deals you've posted.

Let me remind you of a comment you posted 6 hours ago -

Now up to 15 orders from BG over an 18 month period and not one gone missing. Sometimes take a while to come but they do eventually. In fact, in over 100 orders (I know, I know) direct from China since I saw the light about 18 months ago

Not that a "leecher" like me would understand, but what exactly happened 18 months ago that "made you see the light"?

You need to go waaayyyy back on my posts regarding ordering stuff from China. Massive sceptic. It's all there if you can be bothered and I'm sure you are given the time you save on not posting deals. -I'll give you a clue - curiosity got the better of me and i ordered an Elephone p600 (but you may glean from my posts back then I actually chickened out and bought it from a seller on Amazon for maybe 40 quid more than I could have got it for direct from China). It performed just fine, never broke down so i figured how much is a warranty worth? How many of the literally countless mobiles I had owned had ever developed a fault within their first 12 months? Answer: NONE. Next phone was a Meizu MX4 PRO, this time direct from China (Banggood, yes, them!). 138 quid delivered (less 8 quid Quidco IIRC) for a phone with a literally incredible spec at the time (apart from the on-board memory),. 2K 5.5 screen, high end Sammy SOC, real audiophile DAC etc etc.

Next phone is my current phone, a ZUK Z2. 130 quid from Banggood (oh look, it's them again!) but had to pay 11 quid import duty on this one. Less 7 quid Quidco. so 134 quid total. SD820 SOC, 4GB RAM. 64GB ROM, 5 inch FHD screen, glass build (beautiful) for 134 quid?? Amazing. But no meaningful warranty. I'll risk it, I think, looking at what 134 quid buys me from carphonewarehouse (not very much TBH). That was approx 10 months ago and my ZUK Z2 continues to be amazing to this day..

If you knew me you would realise I'm the sort of bloke who likes to share a bargain, either offline (I'm the go to bloke if any of my friends want to buy literally anything but especially tech-related) or online. And if I'm being entirely honest I'm also a bit of an obsessive so my posts may come over as evangelical and over-zealous but I make no apologies for this, it's basically down to passion for what I have discovered and like to share. The decision whether to buy my recommendations will always be a personal one at the end of the day and that's fine by me. But to accuse me of in some way personally profitng from these recommendations is a HUGE step too far and gets me angry enough to do something about it.

bellboys53 m ago

Listen to yourself, oh self-righteous one. Why would I be looking for 'help' from a poster on this site who basically can't be arsed to provide the thing that sustains it (deals) and is silly enough to draw attention to themself by callng out someone who at least has a go? Talk about misplaced self-importance. Laughable...and terribly sad at the same time. /searches for the ignore list/

What, forecast ?? Is there any way to upgrade it to "babestation" !!!
It will become deal of the year ....

Has anyone had theirs yet?

How long does delivery typically take?

Not had mine delivered.
