First deal I've posted so be gentle...

£49.99 + £4.99 delivery. Next cheapest via Google Shopping search was over £85.

I was looking for a Delonghi Dragon but similar spec ones were coming up really expensive. I thought I'd give this a try and couldn't find anything close to this price elsewhere for the Dimplex unit.

The main draw for me was the remote and electronic temp control for less than 50quid plus delivery.

Any good to anyone? Winter feels like it's here!

Features:

• Unique patented oil filled panel.
• 2Kw OUTPUT
• Electronic climate control with remote control
• Boost function for quick warm up.
• Mains neon indicator.
• Integral cable tidy.
• Choice of heat settings including frost protection.
• Requires no assembly - just plug in and go.
• Frost protection.
• Easy glide castors.
• W:576 x H:605 x D:245 mm
• Weight: 14kg

Brrrrr, not very warm, can't wait for my heater to arrive!

Heater arrived at the weekend, does a reasonable job of keeping the room warm but the temperature on the climate control display needs to read 24 to make the room 19-20

Looks good, reasonably priced

thanks, ordered one of these today

buy the delonghi dragon, more exp but worth it...takes reasonable time like they all do to heat up but it heated our 32ftx12 lounge / playroom brilliantly whilst our central heating system was upgraded

I borrowed a Delonghi Dragon 3 and it was pretty similar with the exception of it had a rapid heat feature, which was just a convector that delivered some heat straight away whilst the oil filled radiator warmed up except you couldn't then turn it off!.

Suspect that will use more power and rather buy a 20quid convector or fan heater to fulfil that function as needed.
