Gone are the £10 Dine -Ins but for £12 there seem some nice choices with this one.This is not just food…

Hi - I am in my local M&S now - definitely includes the usual wines and alternative drinks.
When did they add 20% to the dine in for £10?
Why don't they do a decent sized offer at (say) £15?

This is still a decent offer at £12. The £10 offer was always going to be unsustainable long term. £15 would buy some better options, though, I agree.
