Didn't work for my daughter. If it helps anyone the only thing that's worked is colloidal oatmeal

Thanks for the recommendation. Just bought E45 cream to see how that goes.
As the Nveda blue cream does well but I am applying it often throughout the day.

Doctor told me e45 is too harsh for sensitive skin. Also contains sheep oil (lanolin) that a lot of eczema sufferers are allergic to.

Because of my work I travel a lot (or used to) so we buy Walmarts own brand whenever I'm in the USA.
