Absolutely NO-ONE should be booking via Travelup or any other silly OTA.
I think this route is on the densified 777s. You'll be like a sardine in economy, take a new spine and knees for when you got there.

What do you mean by densified? 3-4-3 is the layout most airlines use in economy. And most airlines these days have very similar legroom. Have they changed something other then that we all need to be aware of?
Checked luggage? British Airways charge for it now right?

They have offered a lower tear to get headline base price down for years. Most non low cost carriers have, you must need a holiday!
I think of many reasons not visit Pittsburgh on those dates, weather, security, lack of things to do. The weather, the weather and yeah the weather.

Besides just wanting to fill the forum with random posts, why would you want to take this flight?

I don't think there was any positive comments the last time you posted this!

Great for if you're a fan of George A Romero.

I had that experience on a BA A350 - worst long haul experience ive ever had due to the severe lack of space between seats in economy which was worse than a BA A320 from Glasgow to London. If thats a brand new plane as tight as that its proof that BA are mirroring a low cost airlines more every day in every way except price
It'd be cheaper and comfier with more things to do on a Megabus to Middlesbrough

I just double checked, it's only the Gatwick 777s that are densified:

onemileatatime.com/bri…ts/

Heathrow uses the Dreamliner for that route, which isn't actually that bad in Economy.
I didn't know BA had 3-3-3 layout on 777. Even big players like Etihad, Emirates and Qatar all have 3-4-3 which in my opinion makes BA the best in this category.
I guess some people just like moaning because it's BA

I would wager the savings will never be enough to give the control of your flight booking to another party. This would be another party who would probably be considerably work at customer interaction than the airline (which is usually a feat in itself) and would be adding another layer of fees and inconvenience if you need to change your booking.

In fact, as these are BA flights you will would even get double the difference from the Travelup price back if you book with BA.

Stop using the word considerably, we're not in ancient Rome now! And it's not cool.

Thought it was only short haul you had to pay. Can't complain considering the price I guess. I was fine with a backpack and hand luggage on my 4 month trip anyways.

You're a very very very strange person.

Perhaps if the weather is nice today where you are, you should get outside and leave your tech behind for a while.

Don't use the word weather! We're not in old Germany now and it's not cool!
