Great prices for August and early September departures! All dates are shown in the images below. Hand luggage only, hold baggage is an extra £70p/p, but it may be worth checking in one bag between two as this only adds on £35p/p

Flew the Liberia route with TUI in April of last year for a similar price. It's absolutely worth it if anyone is thinking about it. We got a car and self drove in a clockwise loop around the northwest of the country.
The amount of different ecosystems and sights you can see in one trip is staggering. Their culture is amazing and the people are lovely. It's a bit on the expensive side for central/south america but it is very tourist friendly and feels very safe.

Liberia is the capital of Costa Rica (and this where you are flying to). Confusing as Liberia is a country too
Liberia airport is a ridiculously expensive airport lol. Costa Rica is a beautiful country. Yes it’s wet season but that just means it will be greener. If you go any other time the vegetation will be very brown. Personally I would only book a package but if you’re adventurous.......
Shows as 349 for me?

Pretty sure Liberia is not the capital. Maybe the airport is called that?
San Jose is the Capital of Costa Rica.
Liberia is the airport in the west of the country that TUI use to get to the Pacific coastline.
Beautiful country and well worth the visit.

Aruba always has a brisk easterly breeze to keep it cool, but September is the most humid month of the year, very sticky!

FCO, Foreign and commonwealth office have plenty to say about Costa Rica.
Highlights including methanol spiked drinks, protests, active volcanoes,Zika virus, not good for those pregnant or thinking of becoming so,Dengie and other mosquito borne diseases during the May to November rainy season...
Makes other places seem quite boring.

The protests are in Nicaragua. Which is why reputable tour companies have stopped the tours there from Guanacaste. You actually fly right over the top of an active volcano on the approach to the airport. Loads of volcanoes there, the most visited would be the Arenal one. Lucky if you can see it though due to almost constant low clouds

I wouldnt suggest anyone pregnant or planning to be soon went there, but the same is true of many other destinations. It's a beautiful country but some of the " roads " can be a bit challenging. Sliding backwards towards a vertical drop because your jeep is underpowered is one of my less pleasant memories. I'd like to go back and Tui often have cheap flights.

Liberia is not the capital but there is a bus to San Jose for those who want to go there.

Active volcanoes obviously make it a place to avoid like Italy and Hawaii ;-)

Costa Rica is a very nice place to visit and easy to get around independently. I have stayed a night in Liberia, before heading off to Nicaragua, and there isn't much in the town/city at all.

Some pretty damning advice about traveling to the USA too, though no one makes an issue out of it on travel deals to the States:

"Terrorists are very likely to try to carry out attacks in the USA. Attacks could be indiscriminate, including in places visited by foreigners. You should monitor media reports and remain vigilant at all times. See Terrorism. UK health authorities have classified the United States as having a risk of Zika virus transmission in Florida, Texas (Cameron County and Hidalgo County only), Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. (See Health) You should be alert to the dangers of car and street crime (See Safety and security)"

Just saying.......
