DIRT 4 challenges you to 'Be Fearless' by capturing the thrill, emotion and passion of off-road racing. It recreates the heady mix of adrenalin and fear that comes from powering around a blind bend and the rush you feel going for a last ditch overtake when there's not enough room on the final lap of a race.Off-road racing is about more than perfect cornering, it's about heart-pounding, split-section decision making where bravery brings reward.

I think so definitely. The Career mode in this one is much better with more to do and the graphics have been polished up a lot. It's still sometimes as frustratingly hard at times as Rally was but satisfying as well and not to the point of throwing your controller out the window and locking yourself in the toilet

The Stage creator is fun as well and super easy to use.

I hope they do the vr update for this one too...... I doubt they will though.

I've still not taken the plunge with VR yet. So tempted but keep waiting for that 'Mega Deal' to entice me

Thanks ordered. Had £5 club card vouchers so would be rude not to pick this up

Honestly vr on dirt rally is one of the best experience especially with a wheel.
When you go round the corners you can look out of the side window. It actually makes dirt a little easier or better experience imo

I'm hoping for a good deal before Xmas. I've got the Logitech wheel which i've not actually used on it yet but it seriously cut my times down on Driveclub. GT Sport is the next one i need to try. Sat here in it's wrapper. Damn this pesky work lark

Cheers OP. Great deal - ordered. Really enjoyed Dirt Rally so I'm looking forward to this.

Really, I think quite the opposite on it, I assume we're comparing to DiRT Rally?

They're quite different games to be fair, but that's not the issues. I found the graphics to be a bit of a downgrade on DiRT Rally (own them both). The career on DiRT 4 is quite short and I think that's quite apparent from the moment you start it.

These are all passible issues, but the biggest of all for myself is that the game is just too damn easy. You literally just float around the stages with minimum challenges put in place.

Still, it's fun, it's worth £25 and even more so with a steelbook. Heat added, OP. Thanks for sharing

Great game. Got this when it was 26 quid at Tesco last month! Worth every penny. Career mode is awesome!

Maybe because i now have a Pro and didn't when i played Rally? Hadn't considered that. But i love the career this time as it's more than just click ok, next stage, race and my driving skill leaves a lot to be desired I treat racing games like driving in GTA 5.

Should see me on the roads

Showboating responses are not permitted

Possibly though. I can't drive fast on GTA V. Well I suppose I could, but my OCD won't let me view a smashed up bonnet, so I do 15 everywhere

Nice to see you're slumming with the Pro until the X in three weeks.

Haha, My poor cars on GTA. Forever having to retrieve them from the pound after leaving their battered remains strewn everywhere

The X is on the Christmas list........just need someone to give the damn list too!!!
