Kudos to The Game Collection with these deals recently. Good to see a smaller, reputable retailer is battling the retail giants on gaming prices. Please support these types of companies rather than Amazon, etc. otherwise we're only going to find a situation where big retailers rule and don't offer competitive prices since they've slaughtered the competition.

Bought from The Game Collection loads of times. Never had any problems. Orders processed quickly and posted soon after ordering. Heat added.

Absolutely! I try to avoid Amazon at all costs, the game collection is a great retailer and I have ordered from them many times without any issues.

I can't say they're been perfect, messed up pre-orders in the past year but yeah their customer service is really good and the reward points are nice if you remember to use them before they expire.

Amazon aren't that bad... At least they offer brand new stock at reasonable prices. And also offer a platform for smaller retailers to get noticed via their third party seller scheme.

It's companies like CEX that are the equivalent of trash in the game retailing arena. Where they charge more than RRP for tatty second hand stock.

I pretty much boycott CEX nowadays...

Only time I use CEX is to get cash for my old games. Never buy from them.

Yeah... Their ecosystem is pretty awful.

Such a trash company.

Base are the best...

But TGC come fairly close.
Is it multi players
Good price as £15 is the max this game is worth.

Base are slightly cheaper but are let down by slow service(takes about 5 days to get anything from them) and a lack of a customer loyalty program which TGC has and generally you get things next day for them. However Base still give cashback via Quidco and TCB while TGC don’t I think so they’re basically pretty equal for me.

The reason Base is cheaper but slower is because they use the Switzerland loophole to dodge the VAT on their products. They’re still earning a higher profit on what they sell than any other online retailer because of that. But kudos to TGC as @hotfinder pointed out, they’ve really smashed it this year.
Love The Game Collection. Only had issues with one order, but they gave me £15 in points to make up for the mistake and late dispatch. Everything else I've had pre-orders early and other orders delivered next day. They also do great competitions (not that I've ever won any of them)
