One reviewer calls the Guanqin GJ16034 the "Poor Man's Cocktail Time" but it's really not that similar, just a simple sunburst dial versus the Seiko CT's detailed sunray dial.
The bevelled edging is very handsome and it's had a lot of rave reviews from Youtubers
