Can anyone tell me if the Samsung 55 inch model you're on about is the same as this one: Samsung UE55JS9000 55 Inch Smart 4K Ultra HD Curved LED TV?
Thank you

Apparently the 50" and the 60" are fine... Just avoid the 55"!!! I've sent 3 back of this 55" model already! I've currently refunded and I'm waiting for a bank holiday to order the 60"... From Currys.

i bought one from very and had to return it for pressure marks from ill fitted bezel. I got a replacement sent to me and had exact same issue in a different part of the screen. the company who picked the second one up told me he has collected loads of these tvs as they all seem to have issues. Went into currys and bought an LG. the sales person in currys also told me that they have had a number of return of this model tv. Steer clear from them.

The reason the 55'' is going so cheap is due to the stand and it's ''flexibility'' a slight wobble and this thing will fall over. Picked this model up last week from currys and its amazing!. They had this and the 50'' at the same price and the reason was purely down to the known issues with the stand on this size, no issues if its wall mounted however.

Sent mine back as the backlight bleed was horrible on darker scenes.

Wasn't to sure about the bleeding issues as never had one of these, is it really that bad?

As far as I understand from the website, their stock keep changing

Lg also need to make efforts to reduce the price down

Really. This was £2000 when first released. This is a bargain.

Got rid of my crappy Samsung 55JU6800 and bought this for £1200. Absolutely stunning tv. Too quality build and stunning picture. No backlight bleed. No banding and just the best blacks I've ever seen on a tv. Got deal.

Have just bought one. Item is brand new with 12 month warranty direct with LG. Doubt you will find a 55" OLED cheaper. Hot!

Yes I would, especially as I know that with Richer Sounds and John Lewis the process will most likely be hassle free ...

... and a "refurb" may be more trouble than it's worth !

These TVs are classed as 'graded' and include end of line/discontinued TVs, TVs with damaged packaging, surplus stock and 30 day customer returns.

30 day returns? lol no thanks.

The TVs are new, its just the packagaing may vary, if damaged etc.

Or a customer return so not necessarily new, but guess you take the chance if you think it's a good deal. On the page it says "as new" doesn't mean brand new

You could cover the mark with black duct tape...

Thats true, worked for me in the past

You could cover the mark with black duct tape...

Buy a damaged TV and watch the marks on the screen for £300, sounds good to me... not!

I don't consider this a deal. It's damaged hence it's worth no more than £299.
