When will they stop butchering classics?
The film version might just be the worst Disney remake yet. Unfortunately Emma Watson can not pull off least lady status, although this is not the films only problem.

I've only watched about 3 of these remakes, and out of the 3 I saw, this was actually the better of them. That said, it still wasn't great. Gaston was my biggest gripe. I like Luke Evans, but just didn't feel like he was right for Gaston. I'm certainly not going to watch any more of these remakes though - they are just awful and get worse with each new release. Aladdin and the Lion King were almost unwatchable and I only made it 1/2 through the latter.

When something is a cash cow then it is never going to stop.aladdin,beauty,lion king etc.i have 2 young daughters and they want to go to cinema to watch it.then comes the blu rays and all the merchandise.it ain't ever going to stop.

Agreed, gaston is supposed to be BIG not what they cast
