This great Disney Frozen Portable DVD Player lets your little one view their favourite films while you keep control over what they watch.
It features built in parental controls so you can keep a track of what they're watching. This 7 inch LCD screen is wide and rotatable, so they can see all the action from a variety of angles.
With 2 integrated stereo speakers the films sound just as good as they look, while the USB port 2.0 and jack output lets you connect to computers and smart devices. The built-in rechargeable battery gives you up to 2 hours of playing time.

Don't forget that it has a USB drive, so if you're computer savvy you can download some movies and put them on a flash drive
If i may, we have just received a couple of DVD's from a well meaning aunt for our kids. Which is lovely, except we don't have a dvd player, nor do we particularly want to go back to using discs - before buying them a dvd player, it might be worth checking that they have / use discs.

fair point
especially as this only has a 2 hour battery max
Helpful when you are on holiday and traveling in the car long distances , especially with a toddler.
What warranted such an extravagant purchase?!
I do. 50p for many decent movies on DVD at CEX, and often 20p or 33p at carboot sales. For the amount I watch, it is cheaper than streaming and I can watch the movies I want rather than the less-than-good selection at NowTV or amazon prime. They are fine for a month or so, but often don't have that good a selection.
Yeah, and also plays bluray
Dammit, was planning to watch Lord of the Rings extended edition on my next flight using this.
A kindle isn't a DVD player. I'm guessing this is aimed at people who want a DVD player.
i know but some people get caught up on this site buying things as they are cheap. i just wanted to add some other options for people who may be buying it off the cheap price alone without thinking of other options that may be better for them. like someone mentioned buying dvd cheap when some people have netflix which can be loaded on to a kindle and watch/ stream movies for free especially if you already have an account or even watch youtube or other streaming sites which may entertain kids just as much. but if you need a DVD player like said more power to you go for it.
Just let it go
