Bought this for my 6 year old lad, as he still has a 360 to play on.
I know Disney infinity is dead, but still find this ridiculously cheap for the starter kit. Worth a 5er of anyone's money.

The Works also have the ps3 version for £5 with two different characters which works with this.

Yes you can, but you need the game, portal thing and level cubes (which are in the starter kit) for them to work.

The twin pack of Anakin and Ahsoka were 99p in GAME Bluewater the weekend
Worth pointing out that the servers are down for this now.
Any similarly priced xbox1 versions?
Poundworld stores also had these for £5 on Xbox 360 and PS3 (as ridiculous as it sounds!)

Is that in store only? Can't see it on the site, just 360...

EDIT: Scratch that, found it!

I am considering buying this for the kids

How does the lack of servers affect the gameplay?

Just access to community content (toy boxes) and online multiplayer - the main game is not impacted.

More here if in any doubt:

polygon.com/201…own

That means if you want to power up your characters to an ungodly level you won't be able to do so anymore - since some of the toy box levels allowed you to level up a lot faster than in game.
