Good price. But remember, this is version 2.0, so the newer version 3.0 figures will not work with it.

They'll work with the base, just not the game disc.

I am looking for this on xbox one and I don't really know much about it, its for my little girl. So this isn't worth buying in the xbox one version the 2.0?

Depends on which figures you want for your little girl. Version 3.0 is for new Star Wars characters and those from Inside Out (and a few others), Version 2.0 is Marvel Characters and some Disney (Merida, Jasmine/Aladdin etc.)

Version 2 characters will work with ver 3.0 software, but the characters from 3.0 won't work with 2.0 software.

I got the avengers one the other day for £17 odd on ps4 it's a great game an game has second hand figures and crystals for 3 for 2.

The Disney infinity franchise is confusing when you first pick it up.

the brave and stitch pack is just mini games. And the standard toy box (a hub of creation unit where you build or download other players levels).

they have the marvel pack which has story levels. look for a 3 character pack and a transparent white trophy looking item, the white trophy thing is a story level pack which works with those two characters from the same pack.

The 2.0 game has a lot of features, and will keep someone busy for a good while. So for the price tag of £10-15 it's worth picking up.

Plus it has split screen play, which is pretty decent as well.

I've only played the game for half an hour, but the brave pack is alright. Has a decent birds eye view dungeon crawler style mini game.

While the stitch one is a bit poo.

I'm looking for a cheap marvel pack to see what the story line games are about.

if my understanding is correct;

this aladdin pack is 2 mini game disks based on the two characters.

So keeping an eye on which pack gives what. you'll get more for your buck.

Each figure unlocks new things you can build on your own toy box (a big lego area to build what you like). I've not tried building my own bits yet. Just not had the time.

I bought this a few days ago just so my son doesn't have to keep switching between PS3 and PS4 for his Infinity games. Worth it when you consider 2.0 for PS4 on its own (disk only) is nearer £20.

Thanks for this. Have the game and lots of figures already for the 360 so with this we can play on PS4 too, use our existing sets and get 2 bonus figures.

To be clear the disks in the Aladdin pack don't unlock extra mini games, they unlock couple of items ( a sky pattern) for the Toy Box mode. It's confusing but only the Hexagon disks with borders ( Merida & Stitch) have full mini games included. Most discs are Toy Box mode add ons and will stack under the figures or in the Hex slot to unlock extra items or costumes.
You're right about the Spider-man one though. Full clear Statues are level packs.

Toybox items will work for the version of Infinity labeled and higher as they just include that content in the next version. Playsets ( clear statues which are full story level games) are locked to the version of Infinity for which they are made.

It depends on what your kid likes tbh a small one may not care if you buy the older one but an older kid may want the new figures for which you need 3.0. Olaf from Frozen is 3.0 so if your kid likes Frozen Elsa & Anna work in 2 but not Olaf! Since 3.0 is the current one they are actively promoting the community so there's a lot of decent free user made content but on the flipside it's new so it's more pricey.
