If you find one then make sure you use the self checkout as I have read some people were refused the sale at a manned checkout.

What barcode we looking for? And will I be lucky if I go tomorrow as can't get to my local today

These have been 4p for months, reports on fb that they now scan at full price in some stores.

The one on the box

is there a special fb group for Tesco bargains?

aaarrgghhhh! I was at tesco earlier, wish I'd known to look for this then! may take a trip out again tomorrow!

I have utter contempt for the supermarkets, but to me, taking advantage of what you know to be a pricing error is no better than theft. In fact, it is theft.

If they accept your 4p as full payment for the item then no theft has taken place. I have purchased 100s of items from Tesco over the years for pennies, 10p is one of their common final clearance/end of line prices but I have purchased stuff from them for as little as 1p. Sounds like sour grapes to me

It may not be a pricing error but a discontinued item, Asdas usually go through at 2p.

Deal here is the A5 dot to dot at 30p

Price in post is incorrect. I just bought 10 of them expecting it to be 0.4p and they charged me 40p instead so the price quoted is out by a factor of 100.

None in St. Helens, heat added though!

If you have 10 at 4p each then Of course if it would be 40p or am I missing something

Anybody know if any in southampton?

Wild goose chase for most, but well done OP

Anyone in leeds found one of these?? X

Wow what a bargain!! But with 4 boys i doubt this would be much use to me! and come on cosmic... they make a mint out of us, i doubt tesco will go bust over this! x

How is it theft if your paying?

No luck in Portsmouth! They had every other princess except Ariel, so I suppose I was beaten to it!

I got one, thank you!:)

Yes I can confirm this I have had a checkout assistant refuse to sell me an item that was reduced to 10p. Stance was that it should not have been put out on shelf, low price should have indicted to warehouse staff to keep in the warehouse. So self service tills always now for HUK Deals!!

I just ask to see a manager, who will also refuse. then while he is there, call the customer service phone number and they will over rule the managers decision every time. done it loads of times, to the point where the managers see its me and puts it through. saves him the embarrassment of being put in his place on the phone

one of them even gave me some 1p (rrp £60) items for free, due to the inconvenience

This definitely sounds like the best way to go about it, rather than self-checkout. I for one love wasting my own time, whilst also rubbing store staff up the wrong way. Win, win. You thought parachuting was a thrill? Try running the gauntlet that your freshly prepared pizza might've been gobbed on. Wooooo, what a buzz!
