(y) (y) (y) Fantastic, Tawny0wl. I've just sent the link to my eldest son who has a young daughter who, I'm quite sure, will love colouring in some of the images. Bless you for keeping your eyes open for these 'giveaways'. (y) (y) (y)
Thanks OP (y) 🏻
Posted a month back https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/free-disneyland-paris-at-home-games-activities-videos-tours-recipes-and-more-3445020 but never hurts to remind (highfive)
Heat - thanks for sharing, is there a way to get the English version (clicking of the flag doesn't change the language of the words)? La Reine des Neiges just doesn't have the same ring to it...
Good find OP, quite like the printables! Heat.
It's totally cool, not everyone will see everything :)
Ironically I missed that as I don't look in discussions as much as the deals section XD
Thanks a lot for clarifying - makes a lot of sense to me personally :)
We've relaxed some rules recently and being more flexible at this time :) ''Just for example, some threads that previously would be placed in discussions may be moved to deals, if we think that will get important information to people more quickly. You may also see some different types of content published and promoted compared to usual - we check what users are looking for in our search, and also follow the news closely (for instance, at the moment we are giving greater prominence to information about supermarkets, and freebies you can use to pass the time, than we normally would)'' Can read the annoucement here (20th March 2020) Thanks folks!
No, sure thing........
I have a fairly powerful i7-based setup. Admittedly, the GPU is weaker these days since one of my cards blew earlier in the year but if my setup struggles I'd bet there will be many that won't manage at all.
Nice! Thanks. (y)
These aren't the backgrounds you are looking for.
It uses a not of DATA
Thank you OP. Great resources (y)
Great first post. Will definitely keep the kids entertained. Thanks
Fab first post, thanks a lot, would keep the kids happy :) Also welcome to the site, hope you like it here (highfive)
@Jewel123456 Welcome to the site and thank you for your post 💐 😷
Thank you. Its a small blip, but im thankful we have our health, food and shelter. Rebooked for Sept but im now thinking thats a bit optimistic.
Glad its of some help - sorry to hear your trip got ruined because of coronavirus :( Hang in there and stay safe
We should be there right now. Thanks this softens the blow a bit
That's it, it was such an unnecessary sequel and it really does stick out for all the wrong reasons - I was skeptical when it was first announced but was reassured that it was in safe hands - unfortunately, I was wrong
Can't believe I'm critiquing films on HUKDs again, third time after Coco and Black Panther. But this film really disappointed. It was my little'uns first cinema outing and deliberately wait it out for this. Unfortunately Mr Disney will never see the disappointment as it made loads.
Completely agree and it's such a shame that the old gang were basically sidelined in this movie, Rex had barely any lines! It was such a shame - and I personally thought Buzz's character took a step back, he seemed a lot stupider this film and like he devolved back to his first film self
True all that, but I think bonney was the problem. In TS3, I thought her introduction would breath life into the franchise and thought a little girl owner would be an interesting change. But I did notice how Andy's sister dumped all her treasured toys including barbie without any remorse like unlike Andy. That film just emphasised that issue further. Woody was going to the scrapheap after that trip as would half of Andy's toys as she prefers a fork with eyes???? I can't help but think if Andy had given his toys to a little boy that was lonely like bonny he could have had a few more interesting adventures and the friends them could continue. I liked 3 as it had a good demographic with woody, buzz, Jessie and Bullseye with others but this was stuck in that horrible shop if horrors.
I personally didn't like Bo returning - she was always a secondary character and (unfortunately) just the 'eye-candy' character, that's why I believe they dismissed her in Toy Story 3 as she was never a truly necessary character for the story of what we know it's always been 'a buddy film' which is why the song 'You've Got a Friend in Me' is so vital for the journey of our two main characters: Woody and Buzz ...but that's totally been abolished, the lyrics: 'There isn't anything I wouldn't do for you.We stick together and we see it through' are totally meaningless with THAT ENDING!
Thanks for the info!
Promo code is not accepted ;(
*Spoiler* We thought it was a good end to Woody’s story that he moved on and had grown past his previous notions of what his life could be to start something new.
Probably be a huge queue for it as well.
The sporks are wooden. Look at the pictures. Googly eyes aren't, but they just make landfill fun (y)
"OK, fair question. Director Josh Cooley actually has an explanation. He told Collider that when he showed the design of Forky to his 4-year-old son and asked the child to come up with a name, the resulting answer was "Fork Face." That obviously probably wouldn't fly with Pixar, but Cooley reasoned that there was something to the whole "fork" thing. "The fact that he's around the same age as Bonnie and didn't know what a spork was, I thought, 'That feels real to me,'" he said. "So Forky felt like a kid would name him that." Happy now" ^-^ Hope this helps.
Booked our's last time this was posted about a week ago, won't get an e-mail of conformation until 2/3 weeks before we go in September (flirt)
Just got back from doing exactly that. Pay for the tolls on the way down to the Disney area and its way easier and stress free. Return from Sanford was not so great. we had a 17:00 ish flight all the stores were closing and check in took nearly 2 hours as they only had 2 desks open. Also $3.25 for a bottle of water!!!
Make that $25 a day!!!! I was not happy about that 2 weeks at Disney and then you have to add on $250 ish if you go to the Disney and Universal parks every day!!!
Been in October also. Halloween night in the small town called Celebration is fantastic. The huge American houses all get done up Halloween style and we took kids trick or treating.
Yes, a number of times and it's great. You get through security very quickly and car hire just across the road. Plenty of local petrol stations on the way back to top up your fuel before returning the rental car.
Of course but you got a very good deal and a no brainer to stay at a Disney hotel especially on a dining plan.
It completely depends where you eat. Character meals in the parks were $150+ every time. A round of ice creams at Disney is upwards of $20. All our food and drink was on property, which suited us, but there’s no way I could afford, or would be inclined to pay those prices out of pocket every day.
I always get my tickets from floridatix.com, they tend to be the cheapest and have a great range of combo offers for you to look at. It's an expensive holiday whichever way you cut it, but you can make smarter choices to cut some unnecessary spending... - Taking a packed lunch into the parks is a biggy, for a lunch for me and my wife it was ~$40 a day and then the same again for tea/dinner so there's ~$80 -$150 dollar a day savings to be had there. - Don't stay on Disney property...there are advantages of staying on property (you get 60 day fast-pass rather than the 30 for everyone else) but if you want a car you're looking at $25 a day parking. Get a villa, you get 10x more space, it'll be cheaper and you'll have your own pool! All this being said, some of these things can be part of the experience. Just one final note about Flights of Passage... unless you're staying on property you'll find it almost impossible to get a FP for it (unless you sit there refreshing the app over and over and over and you might find one!!). Get there early, ~30 - 45 mins before the park opens and get in line. We queued for 90 mins and honestly it was worth every second, DO NOT miss a chance to go on it!
I paid £8900 at Easter for 2A and 1C to stay in Animal Kingdom Lodge on the dining plan inc flights and transfers. That's silly money I know, but it was a treat and something I wanted my daughter to experience. We think it was worth the extra for the benefits you get and the overall experience, plus the included transport to the parks was superb. We pre booked some fantastic meals and got every single ride fast passed. It was stressful planning it as it was our first time, so weren't familiar with the restaurants, but over the 14 days we only had one poor meal. To get on the likes of Avatar and the new Star Wars rides, you will only get them 60 days advance (Disney hotel guests) as I'm sure you'll find at 30 days there will be none left. I highly recommend AKL, restaurants were spot on, rooms good, customer service excellent, fantastic pool and jacuzzis open until 11pm. The only gripe, we went with Tui and their customer service over here is appalling and their knowledge was comical. They told us to book restaurants 60 days in advance when you could actually book them much sooner. We hardly spent any $$ as we gave the gift card to our daughter to spend on the overpriced merchandise. If anyone is thinking about going and debating this offer, I think if meticulously planned, you can get the most value out of your money and the rest of the holiday is relatively free and very magical. PS. If you are booking using a UK travel agent, remember to use Quidco or Topcashback. I did and was paid £220 back.
Good deal but this link to this website is not secure, I would advise to stay away from such sites and never put in credit card details.
As a tight-backsided Yorkshire man who went a couple of years ago I have to begrudgingly say it's worth every penny
So guessing prices should stay as they are now to reflect free dining. If that's the case 2 weeks in Aug 2020 at Animal Kingdom is about £400 difference to Riverside Port Orleans. Feel like paying the difference may be worth it (stayed at AKL but not POR). Just feel like maybe I should try somewhere else but worried that it doesn't compare.
15 to 20% recommended. We use gift card which covers a lot of it... we like chatacter meals and nice restaurants- can save loads of time with characters coming to your table rather than queuing in park if your kids are into that...
Unless you stick with the QSDP the tips are a killer as Disney charges an arm and a leg for some table service restaurants. We've found that we'd pay more for a meal on site in tips than we would beyond Walt Disney World for the meal, drinks and tip together. I certainly wouldn't be comfortable providing a lousy tip at a Disney table service as this is how most servers make their income.
Omg Florida is called DISNEY WORLD NOT LAND SOME people
Adult £337 Child £316 @ FloridaEscapes using code SAVETEN 2 Adults & 2 Children £1306
2 Adults & 2 children Orlando Attractions: £1,336 FloridaTix: £1,356 Both deals already posted here.
2 adults 2 children holidaying on the 5th August.. and this doesn’t include Quidco cashback making it cheaper...
Have you shown your one year old Son Goofy or Pluto? Not sure that's Disney's fault if you haven't shown your child certain characters... lol. It's a Disney park, not just Frozen... although you will be getting that in a few years time. So for now just Let it go ;) Perk for me though, one less stroller in the park not getting in everybody's way.
good April 1st post
Iv ebeen to wdw about 7 times and these prices are increased to cover dining and no way is it worth the amount they state. Generally you pay the same for the room if one or 4 people are staying in it and that's why i would book the room seperate. I would suggest looking at the thomson website as they have some brilliant deals or book the flights and hotel seperate yourself. There is no advantage through booking the hotel with disney. I'd recommend to stay at pop century as it offers the best value for the cash. You can get a parcel of food delivered to your room via amazon. I usually get cereal and snacks as it will save you a fortune throughout your stay. You can get a refillable mug for $15 which allows unlimited soft drinks at any disney hotel but not the parks. I wouldn't worry about the weather as its either ridiculously hot or raining for most of the year. August will be very hot and start getting extremely humid in the latter half. April may is a good time to go as is November. As for the amount of time, i'd say 14 days if you can. Even then you wont get to see and do everything because there is so much. You can see the rest on future trips :)
We have just booked up go to The Caribbean Beach Resort next year. We got this dining plan for 2400 or so for five of us for next year... problem is there is work due to start may 2017, BUT they promise they will stop between 9am and 9pm.. so in my opinion I thought it was good because we don't plan to stay on resort all 14 days. Wake up have breakfast and go out for the day ha
Really struggling with when a good time to go is. can anyone advise please? Originally I was looking at Easter 2018, but this doesn't give the free dining plan. So now I'm thinking second half of August 2018 instead. There is 3 of us, 2 adults and a 13 year old. Has to be in school holidays and really we only have about £5000 to do this. It doesn't seem worth it if we go May half term as will only be for 9 nights, is that long enough? Is it too risky to go the end of August with hurricane season? Thanks for any help.
Better than cashback is to NOT book direct with Disney but via an agent /specialist who will cost it at the same price (possibly cheaper if you are doing flights too as they tend not to mark flights up so much) and get them to split their commission with you. Typically 5% is achievable so better than cashback and no chasing up. Also the value hotels don't have the dining plan free available but the moderates do but if you cost a value with the dining plan against the moderates that include it for free there's very little difference in price so a moderate may work out better value if you want the quick service included. Good value for a family in one room, with just two in a room not so much.
Thanks OP, the most expensive "Hot Deal" to date, hopefully wont regret it. Oh and Quidco tracked at 4% cashback - £180 will cover the deposit. Now in full saving mode to save to pay off the balance in May 2018 for holiday in July 2018 hopefully wont die from heat stroke. Any advice on booking flights, most likely will be BA?
saw this last year... was amazing... and we had front row seats too :D
Brilliant! thanks OP
November only :-(
I have my tickets for 1st November. There was a good choice of seats with that price around that dates.
If i could some at Manchester, that will be awesome!
it was a fab seat and a fab view. so impressed. but I had to ask the couple sat next to me how much they paid. they said 45 pounds each.
