BD mentioned in this post but not the standarad DVD.

as to the codes I never used the perweb36 code but others on the Toy Story 3 thread did and it worked.
Worth a try though, if not then hey ho.

Sainsburys instore is cheaper for the standard DVD and the BR won't checkout.
