thanks  was looking online for a deal on this & the cheapest was just under £14 so this is a big difference :-D

There is a minimum spend required for this deal - £30. Although the £14 cost of Bolt is included within that, so you need to spend another £16 to get the discount.

wut?:w00t:

To obtain Bolt for £9, you would have to spend in total at the checkout £25 for £30 worth of "goods", £14 worth of which can be the actual Bolt DVD. Clearer?

The opening post needs editing I think. Its the best price available, but does require more outlay - you can't just buy the DVD on its own for £9.

It is not the first time it has been done (at Tesco) but is the first time in a while.

i have heard the blu-ray version is the new bench mark in HD quality

I've just phoned Tescos and they said it's a set price of £9, you DON'T have to spend £30 before getting it at that price

Yeah, you do. You were misinformed, unfortunately.

as above as it didn't get the discount on our shop so they had to add it in under "Indiana promo" to get the discount.

Gutted - did some shopping this morning in Tescos totalling £20.00. Didn't see the offer on the Bolt DVD !

I've just seen this advertised in the paper, and it does state you have to spend £30 before you'll get it for £9!

If this is the case then its not really a deal is it?

In Asda this morning they were putting loads of these toys up behind the till in the DVD section - didn't look at the price/offer though.

Does anyone know if I have a home delivery and order this DVD will I get it for £9 as long as I spend over £30?

Constatine is Correct.

Remember they work in tesco at 13.03pm on a Monday for a reason, and it is not for their intelligence so maybe in their heads they did think it was £9!!! Bless!!

Think it was £13 in Asda iirc from the advert, that is with the toy.

No need for that really, is there?

I think you have to spend over £30 then you get bolt for £9. Bolt won't be included in the £30 spend. Thats what most places do. So really only good if your going for your daily Tesco shop IMHO.

How much is the bluray version?

Bolt is included, at a value of £14, in the £30 minimum spend.

So you need to find another £16 worth of stuff to take advantage of the offer.

Ahhh yes i just saw in the advert inside The Sun

What an broad assumptious statement you just made.....

Maybe I could make one and say ...

"Remember womba-one is online at www.hotukdeals.com at 14.07pm on a Monday for a reason, and it may be because he/she is sitting around thinking of ****** statements to make about people he/she does not know"

Think about what you are typing will you

They didn't last time they did the same thing with Harry Potter. I'm sure the ad in the paper says instore only, and as stated by Constantine the full value of the Bolt DVD - £14 - is included in the £30 that you have to spend. Glad I got the voucher out of yesterdays mail now!!

good deal!

asked a friend who is going to shop at tesco's tonite to get this dvd for me.

Went on the weekend already and it wasn't out then .. i think it wasn't anyways.

Thanks OP

Does anyone know how long this offer will be instore for?

Missed out when doing my shopping today but my mum is doing her shop on Thursday - I've asked her to pick me up a copy if still on offer!

Yes saw it in paper today does say min spend £30 .
Excellent film what every you pay for it .

Might be worth checking your receipts, I spent £105 incl Bolt and just noticed that it rung in at £14.99, there is no adjustment for the price anywhere on the receipt :x

Excellent, Bacardi 1 litre reduced to £15.30, Bolt dvd £14, Frosties down to £1. £25.30 after bolt offer

went into westwood cross tesco extra just now & spent £51.30 on shopping including the bolt dvd & was charged £14 for it  went to customer services & got double the difference back so bolt dvd cost me £4 :-D they've taken the signs down now for the £9 with £30 spend in there but it may come up as the same in other stores ;-)

Mine didn't come up on the receipt but the cashier noticed and called someone across to find out how to take the fiver off - apparantly they have to use a spend and save button to take off £5. I then handed in the £5 voucher from sundays mail and that came off too and I had only spent £11-£12 on non food stuff so it obviously counts the dvd at £14 for the voucher spend.
