Compact & portable
Weighing in at just under 250 g, the DJI Mavic Mini Drone is almost as light as the average smartphone. It's small enough to pop in your bag and take with you anywhere.

And better still, the lightweight design places it in the lowest and safest weight class of drones, so it's exempt from certain regulations in the UK and many other countries.

Easy to use
The DJI Fly app makes flying and recording video simple. The Flight Tutorial will take you through it step-by-step to get you up and away safely.

With precision hovering, GPS flight paths, and up to 30 minutes of flight time, you can fly with confidence.

Awesome videos
Skip the editing suite – the app has a variety of templates so you can create awesome videos in just a few taps.

For those cinematic shots, the Mavic Mini has a few tricks up its sleeve. QuickShot modes, including Circle, Helix, and Rocket make it super easy to create professional-looking videos.

What's the benefit of the Fly More package?

It can "fly more" with extra batteries.

3 batteries instead of 1, a hard case and a 3-way battery charger. Batteries alone are around £50 each so worth paying for the fly more IMO
totally recommending

How much is the new customer discount with Very?
i got the flymore package when i was in the US recently. This thing is glorious. And you don't need to register it as it's below 250g - although not entirely clear whether you need the operator license (i got one to be safe).

Are you sure? Does it fall under the right category. It's either a toy or electricals IMO, so 7% or 2%?
Can get it cheaper from Maplin online with 10% discount code “nowonline10” so £332 with discount or £382 with an extra battery/£432 +2 extra batteries.

Cant decide whether to get the CE version or hold out till May and get the FCC version when i go over to the US - do you think its worth the wait for the US version? Did you bring it back to the UK? Any problems bringing it in? Have you flown it in the UK do you get the better range?

Sorry for all the questions

so i got the fcc version. this is a puzzling one. from what i've read, i THINK that the fcc one will be range limited to 2km when flying it in the UK. i havent' flown it here yet or tested range (its too bloody cold!)

no issues bringing it back in - i flew with it in my backpack - on the flight!

No but theres a code on here for £50 off first order
Have a look here on FCC version in UK, it throttles there 5.8Ghz power to 500m!

i don’t think you can do fake GPS as it’s the drone GPS rather than phone

in june any drone with a camera has top be registered ... they seem to be worried about cameras keeping an eye on them rather than drone weight now ! ... and we all thought it was about safety lol

What is the difference in CE and FCC?whats the implication of choosing the version? Whats the legal version that I can use in the UK and all over the world? If I buy from Uk reseller like Very and Amazon, will it be FCC or CE?

Sorry for all this question from me as well.

UK version will be CE and legal will need to register in June as has a camera of new EU laws come it (Brexit dependant)

FCC version will be illegal here and has transmission power castrated.

That is an absolute steal. I was holding out for an opportunity to buy the FCC version but decided to bite.

I tried your code but it didn't work so decided to opt for the 16% TCB route instead. If it doesn't track within next couple of days then I'll be cancelling.

So the whole point of creating DJI mavic mini (less than 250 gm) is redundant when in all the scenario we would need to register and possibly pay yearly fees...
