Has never been this low from any retailer.

Probably gonna get a few people that vote cold because it's still nearly a grand, but it's a great price for this!

This is over £100 cheaper than you'll usually find it.

You have to buy from an authorised DJI reseller for the warranty to be useful..

this went from +28 to -19 in 2 mins.. vote manipulation much??
cheap if you ask me.
Well done OP brilliant price!
I like drones, but the industry is without doubt now in decline, the bubble has burst and now with technology being rolled out in cities and in areas in importance to prevent drones from flying, it will return to what it once was... an expensive hobby for enthusiasts...

Cheap throw away drones will still be ok, but these expensive GPS drones are in trouble, unless you like taking pictures of lakes of course...Just my opinion BTW, but one look at the moaning on DJ forum about areas employing the GPS blocking

yeah massive conspiracy against you.
Today flash sale, only £819.99 at tomtop tomtop.com/dji…=AW the only down side is the two week delivery.
I'm very concerned that demonstrably paranoid people could be flying these potentially-dangerous devices. I feel it's my duty as a citizen to point and laugh and to vote cold on this to dissuade the OP from getting one.
Great price. Been keeping my eye on the mavic prices now I've sold my Phantom 4. The question is do I get it for £985 from Amazon or get John Lewis to price match Argos at £1018 and get a 2 year warranty.

Be interesting to know, how the 2 year guarantee works with these drones, seeing as they have to go back to Dji to inspect and closest centre is Netherlands.
For those with a NUS card these can be had from Apple store for £980.40 with Free delivery.

It is a shame (for sensible users) but I have to agree soon the restrictions will be so great it won't be worth owning one. I also suspect the price is dropping as DJI now have the Spark, which is more usable for the average user.
I'm sure anyone blowing a grand on a personal drone is fully aware that BVR flight is unlawful in the UK.

while you were on the page 15, 20 or more people might have voted, suddenly your page refreshes and it jumps up or down wildly, that's Hot UK deals. People grumble that they vote hot and the number goes down, same thing, while you were voting hot vote the page refreshes and your hot vote gets cancelled out by 5 cold votes.
get a Spark.

So you are posting a link to drone information for people who don't want to buy a drone, yes that makes perfect sense,NOT !

I would have purchased a spark myself but IMO i think they've priced it a little too high.Around £400 with a controller would have been about right, but the £520 without a controller is a bit steep IMO,as add the controller and you are looking at close to £700,and I don't think it will be very nice to fly using a phone as I've had drones like that in the past and it just doesn't feel right compared to physical joysticks.

Down to £950 now
They're only £780 from TechintheBasket

What has the cost of a drone got to do with be a person being aware of the UK CAA regulations? Fool.

The Mavic was designed as an aerial photography platform. I paid £820 for mine a few months ago from DJI flagship store in HK and very impressed with it

Agree - DJI are one of the drone manufacturers who use no-fly-zone + your gps to stop people flying near specific areas. dji.com/fly…fly - In the UK this is pretty much limited to restrictions on prisons, football stadiums and airports. Flying over a populous area is a daft thing to do, but you are correct, WHEN the government start freaking out about some numpty strapping a small bomb to one of these then DJI will have to comply by shutting you down. If you want to avoid this regulation you can still buy decent Chinese brands for a 5th of the price. Or make your own which is quite fun too.

Great price for a superb drone, I did hesitate at the high price but it's an incredible device and I've been very pleased with it particularly the fact it's so small it's easy to carry with you.

All of the Mavics I've seen that are much cheaper than this are grey imports which means potentially no warranty, something to bear in mind with such a complex device.
I paid £671 for my dji mavic pro. it's a great drone. fantastic photographs and video. especially on bright days
