Good price even for a refurbished
That's a really good price. Can't recommend these enough, a seriously great piece of kit and the picture is amazing.
Bargain, can't afford it but that is really cheap.
Order is in, thanks for this.

Was looking at the DJI Phantom 3 which I was getting for around £450'ish/£500 but then this deal was a no brainer.

p.s. delivery charge is £11.50 which you may want to add to the title
Any sparks on sale?

Could be fun if you have the money to waste though. Just need to get the better half to agree
Reasonable price, but when factoring in postage and only 3 month warranty may be worth buying new from china for a similar price.
Are good for smuggling mobile phones and other stuff into her majesty prisons . Why else would you spend so much on a toy . They should be banned these will be the new weapon of choice soon instead suicide belts .

Good price but the usefullness is seriously limited.
Drones are banned in areas of natural beauty, near various monuments etc, basically during my travels this summer, everywhere I had though that the drone might be worth it, it it was illegal to fly one there...

I know the feeling, so much for my drone tour of UK airports & army camps
Oh well, back to shining laser pointers into the sky
Not so sure this is a great deal if the warranty isn't long, and factoring in that you can purchase the fly more combo with extra batteries, bag, chargers, props etc for between £900-£1000 from various online stores that are brand new. You'll want the extra batteries for sure. I appreciate they are supplied from china but many cover any potential customs duties
Just get a commercial drone pilots license and you can fly anywhere

that's not strictly true

Where have you seen the fly more combo for less than £1000??? From a genuine EU seller.

Didn't say genuine eu sellers.....they are Chinese or HK based but some have uk bases too that they work out of. The warranty only applies to the country where it is purchased from, but if you buy DJi care refresh (like many do) then this adds additional warranty for the first 12 months and applies to the country in which you purchased it.

Lol very true, just finished lunch and checking deals and all I got from my good lady wife is "I don't care if it's 50p why do we need a droid" and that's not a spelling autocorrect haha.

Think she's missing the point, we don't need one but I still want one

Where does it say you can't fly drones in AONB?
I'm genuinely curious as I've never heard such a restriction unless imposed recently.
The drone rules really need to be made clear and concise but not prohibitively strict that you can't fly anywhere.
techadvisor.co.uk/fea…07/

Can't use in Scotland in lots of places including Loch Lomond without license and permission
Had one for the last 6 month, this was my first drone. Brilliant piece of kit and never regretted buying.

mavic pro is way better. lighter slimmer and overall better. mavic pro is just to chunky to lug around.

You mean the DJI Phantom is chunky? What is the stability like of the Mavic Pro?
Seems odd to only have a 3 month warranty if it's a DJI factory refurb, they normally have 12 months.

Just because it could be used as a weapon doesn't mean it should be banned.

Kitchen knives.
Garden cutting equipment (mowers, shears, hedge trimmers etc)
Motor vehicles.
Radio controlled planes.
Bleach.

Could all be weapons if in the wrong hands....
Love these!!! Sadly most get away due to my bad aim with the longbow. Luckily you can get a small caliber rifle for "vermin control".

Some of the best things in life are things that someone will tell you you shouldn't do. Plus you're innocent until convicted in a court of law. So just don't get caught.

These are great if everything works but DJI after sales and support is pretty awful. Go to their Service Forum to see examples of how bad it is.
