Doesn't work?

32492218-44Ccp.jpgDoes for me

Amazon have the fly more bundle (used - very good) for just shy of £900 currently with their 20% off warehouse deals offer

Should I trust used drones?

Thanks Stephthebest!! You are indeed the best!

YYou are indeed the best Steph!!
Now I wonder Spark or Mavic!
I did say to myself if I ever see it close to £1k I'd get it....

Really wish it would drop a bit lower... Would love one, but know my usage would be pretty minimal.

you should put fly more combo in the title, as it looks like this is just the drone price.

I paid this about 8 weeks ago for a never flown second hand one with a years DJI refresh. so this is a great deal.

you can get this far cheaper …you can get this far cheaper https://www.tomtop.com/p-rm4222eu.html?currency=GBP&Warehouse=CN

Is that strange site still cheaper with shipping and import charges? Also do you know how they are with the warranty?

Hot. Bought from Costco for £1140 recently, possibly worth the extra £40 for Costco's easy return policy.

If buying new, from genuine UK retailer, hot.
If buying an import from China, I'd probably prefer the 2nd hand ones through Amazon Warehouse as mentioned that are coming out at about £900.

Hot.

No warranty. Any thing wrong with it out of the box, it'll cost you around £50 to send it back. If everything works as it should, you get a bargain.

No customs fees with tomtop

You're spending a lot already, may as well go for new.

That's until you have one in your hands. I was trying to fly it every time I got a bit of free time.

Argos one is brand new and with full warranty and at £1100

Cheers op, Got Jessops to pricematch and took advantage of there 18 month 0% credit and £25 TopCashBack
Jessops website now shows as £1099

I need an honest opinion guys. My dad is a farmer and I was thinking of getting him a drone to check on the livestock as it would save him walking as he has bad legs now. The problem is I've no idea about the distance regulation. Would the Xiaomi mi 4k drone, dji phantom 3, advanced or pro go furthest or are they all limited to the distance now by updates or what? It's on his own land and it's just to check his fields so distance is important

Check out the drone code on the below link
dronesafe.uk/dro…de/ DJI drones won’t allow you to fly into air space that is restricted but not sure if the case for all drones
The big thing is about it having to stay within your Line of sight, so as long as he is able to see it then should be ok. The Mavic Pro has longer range than the Phantom 3 advanced

The mavic is a tad too expensive for me. Would be between the phantom 3 standard, advanced and Xiaomi mi 4k realistically. Maybe the phantom 3 pro if I can get a deal. Do you know which of those would fly the furthest?

As commented above - much cheaper elsewhere - I guess this is an advert. I tried to list the cheaper one, the store had 4.5 google stars and was moderated out saying "the store was not suitable as it did not have enough feedback" - £759 ; dronesforless.co.uk/dro…BwE

That's the price for just the drone and not the fly more bundle listed here, although the bundle is available on Drones for less at £1015.
dronesforless.co.uk/dro…BwE

Thanks for showing the difference. I'm just after the drone at the cheapest price at the moment and will add the rest later if I find I need them.

I’ve tried to post a deal for completesavings.co.uk but it won’t allow me. They were doing 20% cashback the other day on argos purchases (now 10%) and combined with this you can use up to £300 in gift vouchers per online tranascation which can also be bought at a 20% discount so that’s £1099 - £219.80 - £60 = drone for £819 (or would have been over Black Friday)

you will probably find that CS receives a lot of negative reviews online but these are from people who have signed up to it unknowingly. I’d assume most people on here are more savvy than that. You pay £15 per month but providing you make a purchase each month at one of their partner retailers you get £15 credited back to you. They even do 10% on eBay purchases nd I’ve just received £200 for an ebay purchase.
