    I have the mini 1. And I love it but I don't take photos to use really. It's weird. It's like going somewhere nice to see the view. I get a similar feeling flying it somewhere nice

    Nonsense, you're just scaremongering.
    Pretty much fly these (less than 250 grams) anywhere with a bit of common sense and checking for restricted areas beforehand.

    "You can fly small drones and model aircraft that are lighter than 250g, or C0 or C1 class, in residential, recreational, commercial and industrial areas."

    I recall a few years ago mini helicopters were all the rage. And for the life of me I couldnt fly them and kept crashing them.
    This costs way more than helicopters. How are these to control?

    Honestly these are idiot proof. Coming from an idiot Almost too easy. If you take your hands off the remote they just hover in situ. Will even land themselves if you don’t fancy it.
