Found 24th Mar 2013
Picked up a couple of pairs of these pants, which are made by Levi, yesterday from Costco in Manchester...Cheapest I can find in the UK is over £50 so it is an amazing deal if you are a member or know somebody who is.

They had 4 different colours and all sizes when I went in yesterday.

£11.98 is INCLUDING vat....

aka trousers :oP

Just a heads up, your picture is wrong as those appear to be trousers not pants.

I read an article recently stating to avoid buying designer items at warehouse type stores as they are made cheaper for the stores. Do you think this info is wrong as see great deals in Costco and have been put of buying. Great deal.

They seem to be as good quality as the others i've seen. But for the price, can you really complain?

I have seen these in Costco, loads left after a week, they look and feel cheap, not real dockers IMHO.

I have seen these in Costco, loads left after a week, very unusual for a bargain in Costco. They look and feel cheap, not real dockers IMHO. BTW, If you see pricing at Costco ending I .97, it means it is a special reduction.

Obviously they are real dockers! Just may not be the same which you buy on the high street...these are even cheaper than buying george ones from Asda and these are as good if not better and with the added bonus of a 'label'

Yes typo, i can't seem to edit posts on iPhone app!

Yes I agree with you on price, Costco Levi's 501 and I think dockers is a Levi's brand, change every week, I think the quality of the dockers is poor compared to the last pair I bought, years ago. Didn't like these, but very good price. The Costco in purely way, any bargains come up, like the hunter welling tons and snow boots they were clearing, go. Like hot cakes. The dockers have just sat there on a big table! Maybe the brand is not recognised here.

We bought a pair yesterday and they seem fine, just what my hubby was looking for anyway! I think Dockers are much more recognised in the US. I've bought other branded goods from Costco, Pringle socks and Skechers trainers recently and the quality has been the same as those i've bought on the high street.

£85 on Amazon. Heated!

wish i could get down to a costco! i really want a couple of pairs of the khakis!

I used to have Levi Dockers oh about 12 years ago, they were more like flared combat pants. Awesome trousers at the time. These look really boring in comparison.

First mistake is to assume 'brands' are always better made.
Second mistake is buying 'pants' from an American brand - unless you have a really big ar*e. Seriously, the fit is very different and very unflattering.

Cheap though, which is all that seems to matter on HUKD.

Thats a good one, so Costco is selling a fake items now
On the contrary if those pants would be 49,99 with big red label showing 50% off from 99,99, I guess you would say than, ohh that is an awesome deal Dont be fooled its all made in China, India you name it Far East and cost to make these pants is around 2-3 quids a pair if that much

I have a big ar*e to go with my big wil*y so hopefully the fit will do me!

Perfect to match your big head

I don't think anyone is suggesting Costco is selling fake goods, however, it has been reported before that certain brands will make items to a price, it's how poundland works, being a cash payer. Levi's has been known to provide different quantity jeans from different countries. There is no way you pay 50.00+ for these chinos, but they are a very good price for what they are.

It's true. These items are probably specially made for Costco by Levis.

Hence wouldn't be surprised if quality compared to other markets. Also, different countries will have variations. In hotter countries, the "pants" are likely to be made using thinner/lighter material.

It seems to me that you've made an account to just rant about this. Congratulations.

Seriously. >_

Typical Levi costs around £30 max in the us. This price is about 50% off the usual price, no abnormal.

When shopping in the States, Dockers come in varying degrees of quality with appropriate prices.

Haven't seen these in the flesh, but wouldn't doubt Costco. So maybe not the top Dockers, but for £12 not too bad.

These trousers look rather alarmingly like they may have an elasticated waist. Something like the ones in the back of tabloid papers.

Incorrect - they are no chinos, but they are okay.

They are brill for the price, but look like they need a lot of ironing after a wash. That counts me out as I don't iron anything, except shirts. Hang on the rads for jeans.

This are straight and classic, for a modern look try D1 slim and Alpha. Also saw this d2 at tkmaxx - dearer than here

TK Maxx have some of these --- but in the most disgusting colour. I used to buy Dockers 15 years ago - and they were much better quality material than these current ones.
