Ahh I see, I clicked through Facebook and just assumed it was a normal offer! I'm sorry!

Can't find the deal been searching Google and fb

A FREDGE or as some people like to call it a FRIDGE

It's a bit like a frezzer, but not so cold

My dog is a Northern Unuit/ Dalmation cross. It doesn't recognise either off these as breeds ????

I've scoured the FB page and there is no mention of free food. Free delivery....yes. Free scoop.....yes. No free food though.

A FRIDGE IS ACTUALLY A REFRIGERATOR!

Cheers Op I was just going to add this. I ordered from them four days ago and the process was quite easy with the food delivered today. The price does not seem to be expensive for each months food (My dog is under £25) and as long as she likes it I will probably stay with them.

THIS IS SORT OF A CON, THEY CLAIM FREE 1ST ORDER ON EVERY PAGE UNTIL YOU ENTER YOUR DETAILS.

1ST Order turns up and then you get charged for it, they have no phone number and take over a week to reply to any message you send them.

They then claim that Yes there is a promo code for your 1st order to be free but because you didn't enter it (no code is ever mentioned before ordering) they can't honour that BUT they can offer you a 2nd delivery free.

Now i don't have any issues with the food, it arrived and its just about reasonable in price but what i object to is the way they lure you in to ensure that you DO pay them money, as yes a lot of people will just cancel after the 1st order but if they had made it clear from the off that in order to get your 1st delivery free, you would need to order twice then that would have been fine.

Food arrived today and so far I haven't been charged.

It does clearly say on my account that a £40 discount has been applied to my order making the total cost -£0.00 - so I'm assuming that they can't go back on that.

Currently feed my puppy on food from Costco so will be good to see how this compares but can't imagine paying £40 to feed each of my dogs a month (£120).

£40 for a months worth of food, F&£$ me what do do you have???

I have three and it works out at approx £20 each er month with tails.com. Although the thieving ba$£ards tried to take more money off me again for a 2nd order after they promised to give me the 2nd month free instead. Fortunately i had instructed my bank to refuse any further payments and to contact me if they tried to take any money.

He's a working springer spaniel puppy so he needs alot to keep him going.

They are quoting him £40 a month and that pays for15kg of food. We normally get through 15kg of food for him but pay half that price for it.

However for a freebie it's great - we've still not been charged anything.

£40 for 15kgs

All in i get just over 42kg for the month for my Huskies who normally work a fair bit (out for runs, pulling my bike etc) who are 4,5 1/2 and 7ish.

Granted its puppy food but thats almost an extra £1 per Kg. Can't really compare due to them claiming that its all personalised to your dog. Despite all of my bag contents looking exactly the same

Our free food came this morning. We have a puppy with a really dodgy stomach and this food has worked out cheaper than what she is eating now. This delivery is stating £0 and my next delivery is saying half price. If this food works then I will be over the moon as we have spent a fortune trying to find a food that doesn't aggravate her colitis

Do not be conned by shiny bags and so called to your dogs requirements. Look at the contents dont get a food high in wheat look for gluten free high in rice meat around 25% rice the same omga oils ash and protein between 18%~27% low for small dogs high end for big working dogs.

sorry from dragging this old post up but want to warn other people about this joke of a company.

I know some people have had good experiences but mine has been awful.

I wanted to try their food and signed up for the free trial. Never received this, keeps saying order pending.

A month later after asking them to cancel any future orders as I did not receive the free one I have been charged for the next (supposedly 2nd order).

I have been emailing back and forth for a week before this charge to try and cancel any order from tails and was told this has happened. Obviously not.

I am now attempting to get a refund and will refuse the order when it is delivered.

Customer service is poor, only via form on their website. I have asked for a contact phone number, lets see what happens there.

Voucher code BFMXD1 will get you a 50% discount on your first order, and you can cancel at any time.

yodel lost my 1st order so tails.com sent me a replacement very fast and to say sorry they gave me another two weeks for free so i had a month worth for nothing great service and my dog really happy with the food and he a picky boy i would highly recommend tails.com to any dog owner

I have just ordered the free trial,it stated £1 delivery 2 weeks free food, delivery expected this Friday/Monday so I will see what happens. I've made sure my card balance is low so they cant take any extra money as I dont have an overdraft, and just checked online an it's showing their name and 0 taken so far. Will update once received.

Great food, great service great price

Do you just get charged for the £1 delivery for the 2 week free trial or do they take the months cost and refund you if you don't continue?

Since I tried the free trial I've kept Frazer on tails.com (gsd) it suits him perfect and he loves it, great food great delivery great price

I have been using tails.com for a while now, I have 2 big German Shepards one big labradoodle and a 9 month old labradoodle, I pay £106 per order which lasts me around 3/4 weeks depending on their moods at feeding time, I have had to postpone deliveries majority of the time to give me an extra week before it turns up! The price works out at around £25 per week for my dogs.... Since they have been on this food their skin allergies have cleared up, their coats are lovely and they like the food a lot! I have been trying for years to find a kibble that works for them ALL and I've found one. I have even tried putting them on a Raw diet but it didn't agree with one of my German Shepards. I'm one of the lucky ones I guess due to not having a problem with tails.com. I highly recommend this company.

I received my first delivery of Tails food for my dog without any problems. I was only charged the £1 delivery cost. If the amount of food is worked out correctly for my dog this will work out cheaper than the food he was having which cost £40 a month compared to this of £14.68 per month.. He reLly likes the food and although we are still introducing it, he really seems to like it. All in all I'm very happy so far.

Hey Guys

Promo codes below for 2 weeks free trial with £1 delivery if the offer above ever runs out :-)

Thanks

I was pleased with this Company at first but now I am really cross as the last delivery was late and I am still waiting for my next delivery as I have run out. What is the point of having supposedly tailor made food if you have to buy a different one inbetween? I am going to cancel my order.

I've just signed up for the 2weeks of food for £1 delivery. Order should be here between 13th-15th December (it's the 10th today) and it looks like I've only been charged the delivery so far.
I've still got half a sack of my dogs usual food, so won't need to buy more from tails until it's all gone, so I will cancel the reoccurring order, with the possibility of reinstating in the new year.

I will report back once I've received and cancelled to see whether they try to take another payment or not.

Hi i have 1lhasa apso and a Pomeranian I have just had my first tail.com delivery and don't know what's in it does not have eny ingredients on the bag or feading guides how do I find out what's in it
