DOMBÅS wardrobe is a big one. Here's its assembled size:

  • Width: 140 cm
  • Depth: 51 cm
  • Height: 181 cm

Grab a measuring tape and double check that fits in your room.

Not sure if it is always this price or not to be honest, but somebody expired my old post today which was posted for £70.

Me thinks the sweeds are mocking us........
Decent wardrobe because of the price - a little flimsy in the end - mine started to lean after a year or so - but if you live close to an IKEA and are needing a decent sized wardrobe then this a good bet

Only a Dombas would think that
Hmm...usual price I think and the quality terrible 🤔
31653025.jpgThese are great. Good quality for the price, I bought mine years ago and it's still in great condition. I changed the handles for some knobs and it looks much better in my opinion.

I thought Ikea was decent quality. What would you guys recommend instead?
Cheap but if buying I'd reinforce with some wood or possibly metal plates. They lean sideways very easily.

Debenhams or House of Fraser.
Very if on a budget but be prepared to put up with shabby delivery service with Very.

AFAIK, most (if not all) Ikea furniture of this sort come with fittings to secure it to the wall behind - this is the easiest way to prevent it from leaning sideaways or tipping forwards. Even if they don't, these are cheap to buy anyway:

Have had this wardrobe
Piece of junk. Wobbly, cheapo handles that broke, and ugly colour

Ikea makes better wardrobes for a tiny bit more. Unless you're really hard pressed, avoid this one imho

From what I remember it was pretty easy yes.

Not sure about others but mine isn't wobbly at all, and like I said I've had mine for years. I even have fairly heavy boxes stored on top too.

General rule of HUKD is once one complains, others will do too even if they have never tried the item themselves.
Purchased two for the spare room. Thanks for posting!
