BFN,

fp.

Saw the poor souls at the bus station this morning advertising this at 7.30am!

Apparently it's not *any* pizza - I asked for stuffed crust and they were about to charge me £2 extra. Still, got one half price, so hot.

Top tip if ordering online with this deal, you can customise any standard pizza to add 2 extra toppings (can do double of each!!) for the same price (up to the maxium of 9). Also spend £20 and get a free tub of Ben and Jerry's. Happy eats

^^ top tip indeed about the extra toppings, works a treat, thanks

Just ordered a moment before I saw this- was a pleasant surprise for a change!
Domino's must have more deals than the average mobile phone network!
(which is good if you catch them on the right day...

Much cheaper than normal..

£7.99 isnt really that cheap for a pizza though. Would recommend people on a budget trying the Chicago Town takeaway pizzas as an alternative... very good for about £3.50 and a good size too.

Why does everyone think this is such a good deal ? I mean collection is always BOGOF right... most Pizzas are £15-£16 each, which means you pay £7.50 -£8.00 per pizza anyway ! This deal is only ok if you intend on only buying one pizza. The company are clever because they are effectively getting the normal price per pizza and prob selling huge volumes more whilst this deal is on, the customer thinks he/she is getting this super mega deal for a pizza (which Dominos cost price is around £1.20 each anyway).. Mugs us public.... lol

Yepp agree.. it's just a massive marketing ploy! However if people like it and want to spend their money on it then its good for them.

you really can't compare a frozen pizza to a take away pizza joint
£7.99/9.99 is good for a single pizza. much cheaper than pizza hut/tops pizza/perfect pizza/papa johns for me.

Mmm, pizza tonight

Uh yes I can and at half the price (quarter normally) I would fully recommend people on a budget try it. Sorry for trying to help people on a money saving site to save money lol

To be fair they are a very good (frozen) pizza, pretty close to the real thing. Definately worth stocking up on when they half price, around the £1.99 mark

Voted hot on this deal btw

you can keep pretending frozen pizza is as good as domino's as much as you like...

Mmm...do I order and have the potential of food poisoning again from Domino's??? oO

Oh decisions, decisions! lol X)

PS - I normally like them but was put off with them after the food poisoning that I had...:(

why wasn't this hot on wednesday when the offer started! :-P

although to be fair all dominos have some sort of ongoing collection offer. My two locals have £9.99 any pizza any size and £8.99 any pizza any size so although its still good its not half price or anything.

Just got 2 delivered for £16.99 and they was the largest they do.

my local is doing this offer and buy one get one free which is kinda silly as that works out cheaper.

Prefer ASDA pizzas myself than this overpriced ripoff.

Banned

or get a chicago town one and if you send off your reciept and barcode from box u get your money back
only idiots get overpriced dominos

Re toppings.... Do they do liver?

Asda Create your own are awesome and a damn sight more healthier too.

Its still a rip-off price :O

To all banging on about frozen pizza... its rank! Try making your own home made pizza, really easy and really yummy. You can buy pizza bases too if you don't want to make your own. Then top it with all your favourite toppings!

who is voting this hot? It's cheaper to do bogof .do the maths people you are being conned.LOL

PIZZA HUTS WORKS OUT A LITTLE CHEAPER WITH THEIR ONLINE BOGOF COUPONS.AND TASTE ALOT BETTER TOO.

Saw about 6 of these advertisers on legs with the big box advertisement around them in stevenage lol.

Normally for dominos i get 2 large pizzas, 2 chocolate puddings, chicken kickers...ect for about £15 after using a code i normally find here on HUKD. Which compared to this deal works out having 2 free choc puddings and free chicken kickers.

Tried chicago town pizzas and there not great. Asda make your own are the best with stone bake base. Or i used to get them in morissons in st albans.. They used to (dont know if they do now) have a proper stone bake oven in the shop and theyd make the pizzas there and then.

Agree with making your own pizza, using proper mozzarella fantastic. You really can't compare a stodgy frozen one to one from a fast food pizza place. The fat that comes from a Chicago town t/a and drips through the base is vile. As for the cheap asda/Iceland ones there's a reason there only a pound. This is a good price from dominos I shared a half and half with the missus earlier lovely.

I am referring to asda creat ur own.

If you are ginger and quite insecure about your hair colour I'd be careful about going to domino's...

Mmmmm Domino's...

Try placing multiple orders for even better value! Tonight we used BOGOF to get 2 large stuffed crust pizzas for £19.49. Then placed a separate order for 6 sides (£25 worth) which we got for £15 with a £10 off £25 spend voucher = £64 worth of food for just over £34 (~ £8.50 each between 4 of us!)

I feel sorry about what happened to you.
walk in to any dominos store and ask them if you can have a look at their food containers date before they begin to make a pizza
.

Also, you can demand them to open a fresh packet/can of food if you are unsure about the dates on the container.

have a look at the table where pizzas are being made and demand them to clean it if you feel they are dirty.

The staff would be happy to oblige.

It's probably a local offer but the Andover Dominoes have a good lunch time offer: a large pizza with any single topping for £4.99

I shared a large pepperoni yesterday and it was good.

'Lunchtime' is any time before 4:00

the kid is lucky i would have called him the fat ginger kid

havent had dominos for years but having tried pizza hut for the first time in 10 years and thought it was horrid and greasy i am willing to give the new dominos opening in my town a try

i recall having it with bbq sauce rather than the tomato was nicer but that was 20 years ago

Still over priced! £3.18 CYO from Asda for me!

To all the people going on about frozen pizza being cheaper, a little tip for you...
You can actually use old newspaper as bog roll... it still does the same job, its just not as nice!

over priced and over rated, now our local has took off the menu the subs which i loved poxy franchise`s...

It's a good deal because the prices are so extortionate in the first place.
