Pre-order probably get cold but seems decent for the price I've ordered the 6gig model for a little more.

decent price shame it's 720p screen, rest of the spec is good

Aren't these meant to be riddled with malware?

stick to global rom xiaomi. can't go wrong.

More than 3GB is overkill for Android

Cant find any reviews online tho????

Got 2 doogee phones. 2 years old now. Good phones for the money but this one is there flagship phone. Heat from me

6gb ram version for me too. Heat from me

Yes a lot of doogee phones have had issues with malware so beware.

Looks like it's a right time for micro SSD to come to replace 'slow' microSD

Just for people to know this isnt actually in stock ready to ship so there will be a bit of a wait before even getting despatched.

Good news is that if you take a screenshot of your order here ,you will get a FREE VR glasses as prize.

Note:
1. The screenshot should include the order number
2. This activity is only for the order that placed in Banggood.
3. This activity will last from June 5th to June 11th.

How many viruses have Doogee selling in this one? In my past experience their phones have been full of viruses.

You can get malware and viruses on any phone you said that you have a one plus phone there's an recent article saying that the one plus phones were vulnerable to remote attacks due to 4 unpatched flaws that attackers can install malware on your phone it's online if you want to check it out thought i point out as you say the same comment in every deal.

Gone for this as my present phone has gone tits up today. 6GB version is a no brainer IMHO Gonna be a long wait on my backup device

do you know if you have to root these.

davewave

do you know if you have to root these.

Why do you want to root? They don't come rooted I believe. Mother in law has the x5 pro and I'm sure she has banking app on it although never used it. Not seen this phone here in the wild but seems good to me and so far all the phones they have come band 20 from what I have seen

Guess the above comes with playstore as our x5 did. On the doogee x5 there was a few adverts popping up from 1 of the installed apps but you can stop that in settings. Needed to Google it but that was the only problem we had. The os skin is near stock android with just there icon pack. My son has the second phone and that one is 2 years old now and still going.

confirmation by manufacture that the screen is 720p, which is a shame.

Is this band 20

Its 720p but its a OLED panel.
Personally i don't see the point of higher resolution screen on a phone - you would need a magnifying glass to see the extra detail it gives, plus it slows down the phone and uses more battery compared to a 720p screen.

Let's hope these actually ship on the 20th of June. They promised to ship 1000 a day at launch.

Despatch delayed until 22nd june

I think they receive stock on the 20th and orders will be dispatched 22nd hopefully get it end off the month.

I've had mine for a week now and I can confirm that they are very well made, fast and (so far) reliable. The only thing that lets it down is that the camera is not that good in low light. Apart from that - a good all round phone - especisally given the price..!

Thanks

What's the 720p screen like? Maybe against other 1080p LCD screens you might of seen?

During the first setup out of the box I saw the option to temporarily disable screen timeout while holding the phone.
Can't seem to find it now.
I got my screen timeout set for 15 secs but I'd like to temporarily delay the screen timeout for as long a I'm holding the handset.
I don't want to resort to a 3rd party screenlock delay app as this feature is already baked into the Doogoee firmware but cant seem to find where it's hidden.
Anyone know where it is please?
