The multiplayer is pretty boring anyway. Where's the campaign?!?!

Downloaded it a couple of weeks ago when I had an invite code, deleted it after half an hour, horrendous multiplayer.

I tried out the open beta in the last phase. Way too much motion blur and it can't be disabled in the settings until the full game's release. Boo.

Might be fun though once you can see things in sharp clarity.

I was part of the first closed Beta and couldn't ever get into a game, missed the last email about the last beta, guess I'll give this a go this time.

That sounds very unlikely. Where did you hear it?

I tried the closed beta on PS4. The graphics were 60fps but were quite low quality. Multiplayer was very fast paced, felt a lot like Q3 Arena.

I usually love multiplayer but this doesn't look like it has anything particularly unique to offer. Would've preferred a SP demo as well.

dull dull dull. played less than 10mins before I uninstalled. just like every other generic deathmatch. Here's hoping the single player is good!

You probably should have given it a little longer since you have to level up (*yawn*) before you can kit out your profile load outs properly.
But yes, even then it's a poor showing for doom. They seem to have gone very console friendly in terms of gameplay. Feels more like a game of COD then it did a Doom, or even Quake title.
I'd have more fun playing Duke Nukem forever

Still, as far as tech demos go, id tech 6 looks great visually, but it's going to fail on the PC. It's a shame we didn't have cross platform multiplayer already, it might have helped stave off it lack of gamers for a little longer.
