Saw both of these on the shelves at Tesco in Gateshead, the big Trinity Square one. Couple of copies of each on the shelf and they've been re-stocked as I spotted both of these games at the same price last Wednesday but forgot to post.

Obviously not sure if it's national, as with most supermarket gaming deals. Sorry the photo has uploaded sideways, I took it in portrait orientation on my phone at the time.

£8 voucher from cex for this on ps4

Yeah I was very tempted to buy both games as I'm looking for a new game to play (I don't play multiplayer/online) and haven't played either of those - the £8 voucher makes it a very cheap rental prospect!

I'm not normally into FPS games these days - is Doom worth a punt? Is Deus Ex worth it (have heard it ends rather poorly)?

I just did two playthroughs of Deus Ex, probably 20-30 hours play in total. The story wasn't memorable at all, and the ending was sudden, like they just said "we need to release this, let's stop here". But if you like stealth games, with lots of gadgets and upgrades, then it's easily worth it for £5.

Thanks for your advice - I do like stealth games as I have been a fan of Splinter Cell and Metal Gear games in the past, though I'm a little scared of the complexity of the latest MGS. I suppose for £5 it would be hard to complain too much!
Nice find I like it.......

.....unlike the new design of this site.
Doom was the same price in Hull tesco, so probably a nationwide deal
