I have one of these... it's a great mattress for the price. Don't forget you only need to.pay £15 for online membership to buy this AND they ship to NI
Had this and returned back. Not comfortable at all- too hard, basically same as cheapo £85 king size memory foam mattress with bed.

Think mattresses are matter of what the person prefers.
I love mine and paid 289 for it.
I prefer a stiffer more orthapedic mattress.
When I first got with the fiance she had an 800 one and it was like sleeping on block paving.

I agree, I have the deluxe version and I find it a tad firm, also to add it’s well made mattress not cheap low density foam. I’ll add a hypniatopper to soften if needed.
This is one of the best mattress and brand, a little bit underrated but it’s got 15 year manufacturing warranty
But I guess mattresses depend on your preference so I would recommend trying to find a store nearby that holds this brand to test it out first

Yes! I've used mine to "surf" down the stairs many times, and for this...

And it's been fine. These are the only activities I could think you were referring to?

Yes they can, but innerspring and latex mattresses are rated much higher for such activities in satisfaction surveys.
I’m thinking of changing my ergo flex mattress for one of these ,the ergo flex cost nearly 4 times this but does have 9 cms compared to 3 cms of memory foam not sure how much difference this will make ?
Is this better or Silentnight 1000 pocket sprung one?

Better off with a water bed.

Although after getting one my wife and I drifted apart.
I had one of their premium Hybrid Octaspring superking mattresses that cost approx £1100. It was constructed with a new type of spring made from memory foam. Within two years the foam springs had pushed up through the top layer, causing tears and gaps in the top layer of foam.

Dormeo customer service and warranty was shockingly bad. I spent months chasing them to get a warranty return and was passed through to several levels of customer service representatives. They stopped responding to my calls and emails.

I had to escalate this to the bed shop that was a Dormeo reseller. They took on the warranty claim on my behalf but also go nowhere with Dormeo. Ultimately the store replaced the mattress for me and took the hit for the Dormeo one. They have since stopped acting as a re-seller.

Although my experience was with a different model of mattress, based on the Dormeo customer service (or lack of!) received I would not touch these with a barge pole and would advise anyone against purchasing. Their 15 year warranty sounds great on paper but is worth sweet FA as they do not honor it.
We bought one of these from Dormeo direct when they had a 50% off sale. Threads loose all over, stitching had come out on the padded top too. If it was comfortable we would have been fine with it, but it really wasn't an improvement on the 4 year old cheapo memory foam mattress we bought on Amazon.

We ended up buying a Casper which is much more comfortable.
If any issues you can always return back to them If you have a receipt?
I bought this from Costco and i love it haven't used it in the summer yet so don't know if its too hot
