I’ve mentioned this on posts from this seller before, so I’ll mention it again because it’s relevant.

The conditions of the items from this seller are very hit and miss. So much so that even the item that turns up, may not be the exact item ordered.

However if you put that issue aside for now, the actual customer service is extremely good in my experience.

I previously ordered 2 iPhone 7 handsets (grade C), one arrived broken the other in a very scratched condition. I contacted them regarding these issues, and they replaced the broken one with a very good condition iPhone 7 (albeit a different colour) with a higher storage (128gb instead of 32gb). The other handset they offered £20 part refund for the battery condition, even though I only asked for £15.

So ultimately you are very likely to get either the wrong item, or a broken/bad condition item. However they will happily offer options to resolve this. With it being close to Christmas, it may not be worth the risk if intended as a present.
Something went seriously wrong when buying the S9.

I should have been paying around 187ish but look at the discount!!! Craaazy glitch

You know it's not 40% and 30% but rather 36 and 28 respectively? I know it's not a big difference but might confuse some people.
Also, note that the automatic discount is not capped, the code is at 75 quids so if you want to maximise the discount percentagewise you need to spend 468.75 or less.
Having said that, got a Dell 5480 i5 8th gen 8/256gb for 255 so can not complain

Thanks OP - £185 for a grade B note 8 :-)
Voted hot. I've got my Lenovo Smart Display last time when this deal came. Apart from the box, the product seems brand new. Paid £32 for the 8 inch version, they sent me the 10 inch one instead, which is £200 new. Bargain, still debating if I should sell it to CEX for £90.

Well 4gb ram would be a bigger bottleneck that 8th gen CPU (as both are quad core). Smaller SSD much depends on user requirements. Out of curiosity, got the link to that 10th gen one?
Logic of people on here is weird. You posted this under different title 2hours ago and its got -40 rating

Yes it is i3 though and 15.6 inch. I think these are 2 difference class/specs laptops and hard to compare the 2 in my opinion. I don't think I'd get an i3/4gb/128gb at all, but that's just my opinion
