Been looking for one of these in the Sales but haven't found one, other than one in store at Morrisons for £20. Most are usually around the £40 mark. Glad I waited, £15.99 with 3 years warranty. Offer starts today

I want this

I hopefully haven't shot myself in the foot by posting deal before I've bought one myself :-| Bought a heated throw around October time from Aldi and it's brill but they only delivered 3 per store!

Small dimensions for a double.

Just been and measured lol. It is small but ample big enough unless you want it to fit under the pillows as well

So, I want to ask an honest question: Has anyone used an electric blanket insterad of just heating a room? I've heard it's a good idea (especially if you're single).

Great find though.

OK I resisted getting a heated blanket for a long time thought it was, well a bit pointless. My wife bought one without letting on and let me tell you what a treat that night was as I slipped on under the duvet it was as if my whole body was being caressed by a flock of rather eager warm handed virgins. For a special treat we turn the heating off an hour or so before bed and when we hit the sack some powerful magic happens.

In short get one!

good deal. hope there are some left

cool

Will have to head to Aldi tomorrow and keep my fingers crossed. We've been after an electric blanket as I'm sick of shivering at night and our heating doesn't heat the house :-( so this will be ideal.

Had lots in the wythenshawe branch - bought one myself

I bought 3 single electric blankets from Aldi 2 years ago. All three have broken.

I bought a heated throw a couple of months ago and my comment to my partner as I was snuggled underneath it on settee was " if you had bought me one of these for Christmas, it would have been the best present ever " lol. I love my heated throw, hence why we wanted one of these. Yes our heating isn't on as long now but best thing is, we're still warm and gas & electric account is in credit for once over the winter period!

I bought one and its going back. It is not a double. 120 x 107 is half a double bed.

Yes. I don't use my central heating at all now. I have the wood stove in the living room and the electric blanket on the bed. I find myself going to bed earlier now as it's lovely being so warm all over.

NB. I'm single and disabled so I don't have the luxury of cuddling a warm body so I get my kicks where I can.
