Foot-powered Double Pump.

There, I fixed it for you
Not worth buying. The frame work is of very thin material. Unless the person pumping can maintain perfect straight downward pressure the frame work collapses.
Go electric, by the time you have inflated the tyres with this thing the rubber will have decomposed.
As above, if you must have one of these buy a better one

Got to disagree, I had both one of these manual double barrel pumps and also an electric [cigarette powered] one. By the time the electric one takes to blow it up, not to mention the kango hammer type noise off these electric units at 5am that wakes up the whole street, I'd fully support the purchase of the manual pump. At almost a third of the price too, I think this is a no brainer.
ok grandad

Very easily think Skippy.
Have an identical one for many years and its just about still usable bit bent here and there, you get what you pay for.

Just to add to this,
if you have got a flat and your electric pump decides to fail or blow a fuse, then you'll be stuck.
At least a manual pump is almost guaranteed to work.

I gather that's the reason some Americans carry revolvers and not automatics..
IMHO:

Bicycle Track Pump > Twin Foot Pump > Electric Pump.
