I voted hot for the London Eye and cruise tickets!
Was tempted by the supercar one, but 3 miles is 2-3 minutes of driving…

Yeah right. You're not allowed to push the trottle even half way.
For 40 quid, it is a nice way to have a taste of 2 supercars and you can then say you have driven them. But would never do one of these experiences again unless it was a proper half day/day actually driving the cars properly. You barely get to do anything in the cars. You need a good few mins to understand and learn *any* car, yet alone a supercar. By the time you have tried to do that, you're already bringing the car back off the track Good if you've never done anything like this before.
Anyone have any recommendations for driving experiences, ideally a half-day so you get more than five minutes in the car?
i did an experience with car chase heroes and was allowed to drive as quick as i wanted, but the straights weren't long enough to get out of gear. £25 for excess waiver, £25 to do it on a weekend. some cars were extra ££ as well, hanging around for 90 minutes on a windy airfield for 3 minutes of joy. i'd give the driving experience a miss.

Ive done quite a few track days including the Nurburgring 5 times and Goodwood twice, some in my own car and some not.

Jonathan Palmer at Bedford Autodrome is easily the best by a million miles, but it’s pricey. About £1k for the day including a full day of driving with breakfast and lunch included and a professional race instructor guiding you on what to do. If you can save up then do. It’s the best driving experience you’ll ever have on a track

If you actually want to ‘drive’ the car then I wouldn’t waste your time with this deal even for £50. Having said that, it’s probably a nice pootle around in a posh car for someone that’s never been on track before

Yeah, I know about Palmer Sport - used to book corporate clients in for the day, it's not cheap but it's absolutely superb, the cars are incredibly well-looked after and the staff are great. Happy enough to spend a couple of hundred quid if the experience is worth it - and when you consider the RRP on these and what little driving you get for it, it would be better value for money to do so.

Unfortunately that's not true, it's generally based on how confident the instructor is with your ability to drive these kind of cars.

I've done a couple and was definitely burying my foot a lot.

As the kids say "get good"

You're not going fast enough then.
Code VC25APRL knocks 25% off during April if you have no luck with the given code. I posted that already, might help someone.
Pretty much every company who sells these Supercar days uses Everyman racing, so it usually better to go straight through them. The originally £99 thing is total nonsense. £95 on their site will get you 4 super cars and the high speed lap. They also do 20-30% off regularly.
